'I liked that it was close to everything. The neighborhood is quiet which i like. The apartment is pleasant. '

'The location is brilliant and with a boulangerie underneath the apt, the smell in the stair well is yum! The apt itself is awesome, a great space and very clean except the sofa bed is only suitable for small kids, or one adult. The linen is very tired and needs to be replaced, it would also be could to have basic useful supplies in the kitchen. '

'The appartment in the towncentre of Annecy is equipped with all your needs. Lovely situated in the old towncentre, so no need for a big walk to see Annecy. We had four great days. Dominique was very helpfull and invited us in our well equipped appartment. For that we have no complaints! (Un)loading your car however is a big issue. Because Rue Jacques Rousseau just turned into a pedastrian area is was not possible to park the car in front of the appartment. Therefore it was a sweating experience...

'Location is awesome. It would have been nice if the details explained where parking is located. Parking was not too far away and a breeze. Pricing was not too expensive. The apt. has its challenges. Entry into the building is a bit lacking of desirability. Once you get to the unit it’s spacious and works. Beds are good, heating units take a few to quick in, but downstairs never fully heats up. Our only complaints are no WiFi and the cleanliness. It lacks that extra touch. We’d stay...
