The house was outstanding! The furnishings are updated and the place was well kept inside. Linens were available and plentiful. They have a beach cart to use along with some beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella. This was huge for people that are traveling via the air and cannot pack those items. The location for what we wanted to do was perfect. The ease of which we could get to the beach was a huge plus.One small issue that we didn't like is that they only had 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom...no extras. This was a problem when we ran out and didn't have any extra. There was only one roll of paper towel which wasn't an issue because we didn't run out. There were no boxes of facial tissues to be found, which led to us using toilet paper to blow our nose, leading to us running out quicker. Lastly there wasn't even any salt & pepper anywhere. These may seem like little things. But these are the things individual homeowners who list their homes through VRBO will have. It's a reflection on them and their property so they include the little things like this.

The place was clean, very spacious and very accommodating. The hairdryers were missing and we reached out and they had two hairdryers delivered later that day. Very pleased with that. The pool was warm and clean. The beach was right down the road and the cart, cooler and beach chairs that were available were very nice. I also want to point out that whoever installed the outlet and light switch covers had all the screws oriented the same direction, I appreciate that very much! lol ( mine are the same way in my house ). Overall it was a perfect week staying at this property.

Nice house. Ice maker was messed up but repair company automatically repaired it. We didn’t ask. Ac unit probably needs to be bigger. House got warm during the day. Back bedroom with AC unit had breaker flip probably 10 times. Once I knew it was outside I could flip back on myself. Kinda annoying.

Beautiful home. Perfect spot for a girls trip to the island. Pool and back yard area is perfect and private. We spent lots of time in the pool Easy walk to beach and house is close to everything on the island. We’d definitely stay here again

Amazing

The house was super clean when we arrived, it’s in good, quiet neighborhood with neighbors being super friendly and helpful. It’s just a short walk to the beach. Beach wasn’t super crowded.

Wonderful Experience!!

This was the BEST vacation house! The house was at a perfect location to all of the hot spots in AMI- family friendly, safe, 3 minute delightful walk to the beach, and had all of the amenities needed - beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, pool, beach towels, etc. We will absolutely return to AMI and this new little location. So glad we chose Hav’Anna Daydreamin! Thank you!!

AMI is BACK!!!

We’ve been coming to AMI for 20 years, and while the hurricanes did do damage (RIP Rod & Reel) the island in general looks great! The house is centrally located- walking distance to Pine Ave and all the shops/boutiques/restaurants/rentals, Sandbar is walkable. We always rent bikes and we used them to get to Publix and Skinny’s:) the house is darling - well decorated - beach chairs and a wagon provided- the pool was great ( not big, but perfect for us) The alarm system took a little getting used to though lol. Highly recommend the property!

A slice of heaven in AMI

Beautiful home in AMI! The mgt company is so friendly and answered any questions we had. The beds and sofas are so comfortable. The home is spacious, clean, and the kitchen has everything you need. A short walk to the beach. We can't wait to return. Thank you!

Great getaway in a quiet area

We had a great stay at Hav'anna daydreams! While we were there our air conditioning went out, and it did take upwards of 12 hours to get it fixed (wouldn't have been a huge deal if we weren't stuck in the Florida heat) but luckily we had the private pool to keep cool. My second complaint is the cleanliness was very subpar. Although I would consider myself a clean freak, almost everywhere I looked there was dust, hairs, etc. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness but that didn't disturb any part of our stay. The location provided beach access a block away which was so nice for us as we didn't rent a golf cart. Overall I rate it 4/5 stars and we would love to return again.

Virgin AMI goers

What a treat this property was! Our first time to Annamaria island and this location is impossible to beat. So close to the beach you can be there in 5 minutes. Pool was perfect for lounging at night. The house is quiet and just the right size for our family of 5. We will be back again 100%. We rented a golf cart and that was a very fun and efficient way to get around. The only thing my husband wanted me to add is the kitchen faucet needs replacing. No big deal for me but just as a heads up for the property managers!

Hav’Anna Daydreamin 40th Girls Trip

Overall, we really enjoyed the house! It was perfect for our 40th Birthday Girls’ trip! It was spacious, clean, adorable on the outside, and a good location (1 1/2 blocks) from the beach access. As there ended up only being five of us, we had plenty of beach towels and bath towels, however, if there were eight people, would definitely need to do laundry more often. The private pool was definitely a PLUS! It was nice to hang out there in the late afternoon after a day at the beach. The chairs and loungers around the pool were also very nice and relaxing. Be aware there are no pool accessories (floats, toys, etc.) and although we didn’t have any children, the alarms on the doors to the pool area are a great safety feature. Bedrooms were decorated with cute beach decor and beds were comfortable. Things to be aware of: beach chairs need to be updated…not enough for the maximum capacity, shoulder straps were broken, rusty from salt and sea water, and fabric is starting to rot. There was no cooler to take snacks and beverages to the beach, so we had to buy one. Since it’s not a beach-front property, we felt there should be chairs and cooler. With that being said, there is a beach wagon to haul stuff if needed. Would actually give this property 4.5/5 stars, and if the beach amenities were available, it would be 5/5 for sure! Would definitely consider staying in this same property again if we visited AMI!

Perfect home for small families!

We had an amazing time staying here and enjoyed everything about the house and location! You are close to the beach, close to downtown AMI and can walk also anywhere. The house was quaint, lovely pool area and the the entire home was immaculate! We could not have had a better spring break!

Great Stay on Anna Maria Island

Hav'Anna Daydreamin' was better than expected!! The pictures represent exactly what you get and really don't show how large the property is. The pool was perfect and the area was quiet. Anything you need is within a short walk or quick drive.

Nice Anna Maria house that needs minor improvements

The property was nice and photos representative. Outdoor space was small but well done and private. We had some problems regarding the stocking of the kitchen. Pots and pans were terrible. Worn, warped, stained, and many unusable on a flat ceramic cooktop. Kitchen utensils were ok but silverware was pathetic. Four large forks and three salad forks. Three teaspoons augmented with a few plastic ones. No salt and pepper, sugar, nor any of the usual “left behinds” you find in rental properties. Cleaning crew left 4 hotel bars of soap, two tide pods, a small dish soap bottle and one dishwasher packet (clearly NOT enough when you have to do dishes everyday because you have almost no silverware.). The other slightly absurd thing was the height of the MBR bed. It had a full thickness box spring, mattress AND topper on a bed frame designed for either a thin box spring or none at all. I’m 6’ 1” and I couldn’t reach the floor without partially sliding out of the bed. Good luck to shorter people or those with mobility issues. Good house but just some areas of negligence or frankly dumb things like the bed to keep it from being really nice.

Family Vacation

We loved everything about this house and location. It was perfect for our family. The kids practically lived in the pool if we weren’t at the beach and it was very private. I would just recommend that they update their beach wagon as it was very rusty. We would definitely stay here again.

Needs updating

The property location was very convenient. Our group was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. Kitchen appliances were very old and some dirty/stained. Pots were rusted. The kitchen appliances could all use updating. House rugs look old and worn with stains. We enjoyed the pool and short distance to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay

We liked this house and would stay again. The only thing I would say is it needs a good cleaning. The baseboards were dusty and the floors were dirty. We had to wear shoes to keep the bottoms of our feet from getting dirty. But overall the place is cute, convenient, and comfortable.
