Enjoy one of the many outdoor spaces where you can spot dolphins, manatees, Egmont Key, and view the Skyway Bridge light show in the evenings! Cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy in one of the two 6 seater dining spaces. Curl up on the comfortable, oversized leather furniture in the living room while watching a movie and enjoying the beautiful views.

Soak in the sun on the loungers in the backyard or on the beach located behind the home! Take a dip on the gorgeous bay or bring out your snorkel to search for local aquatic life! Located near bustling Pine Avenue where you can find shops, restaurants, and access to the Free Anna Maria Island Trolley.

While the view is certainly the highlight, the overall condition of the unit requires significant improvement.Upon check-in, we were provided with a garage code; however, there was no keypad available to enter the code. The interior is in need of renovation, beginning with a fresh coat of paint. The balcony railings are rusted with chipped paint, and in several areas, the paint on the balcony columns is peeling.The bedding is outdated and uncomfortable; the pillows, in particular, should have been replaced years ago, as they are completely flat. We were asked to run the dishwasher prior to departure, yet no soap was provided. Although there were plenty of dishes and silverware, basic kitchen essentials such as salt and pepper were missing. In addition, there were no basic amenities provided, such as hand soap.Considering the cleaning fees charged, the property was not as immaculate as expected..I hope this feedback is helpful in addressing these issues so that the property can better meet guest expectations.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! There were plenty of beach toys and floats for us to use and the beach is literally steps from the back door. The view from the 2nd floor balcony is beautiful. My only complaint is there’s not enough seating in the living area to accommodate the 8 people that can stay there at once. A sectional would be a great addition to this property. We will definitely be back to AMI!

Great Family Getaway!

We spent the long Easter weekend at Bella Vista and had a wonderful time. The layout worked perfectly for our family of six and my husband and I loved the "parent bedroom" on the top floor with the balcony overlooking the sea. I can agree with some of the other reviews mentioning the house being very clean but the interior being a bit outdated. However we would still love to book again, just because the location is so spectacular!

Wonderful home Amazing view and beach

Wonderful property. The beach that is only a few steps from the majestic home is wonderful. The bay is filled with dolphins. They were there all day, every day. I saw star fish, lots of live sand dollars, manatee, parrots and so many types of birds. I am an avid traveler and love the ocean. I hope to return to this specific location many times. The home is large, professionally decorated and in excellent condition. So much healthy sea life!!!

Beautiful Stay At Bella Vista!

We spent two wonderful weeks at this beautiful and comfortable property with family and friends. During the first week, 3 of us worked remotely and the WiFi was more than adequate for three different sets of Teams meetings. During the second week, we relaxed and enjoyed the house and the beach. The house is very well stocked and is close to downtown Anna Maria and both piers. We had two minor maintenance issues which were fixed within a couple of hours of our report which was much appreciated. The only tiny nit is that the listing stated that there are 3 King beds but in truth one of the beds is a Queen. This was not an issue for us but it might be for future guests. We hated to leave and we are already dreaming of our return.

Good time

Plenty of room for 10 of us. Everything was clean and kept up, everything worked and it has a nice layout. Nice view from the front porch. The only complaint was that there was an inspection in the middle of our stay that we were not told about until the day of when one of the staff from the rental company had to get it to the house to fix something before they came. They also could not give us a time so when they came the baby was sleeping and we were told we should wake him up. Other than that no issues. Got into the house in a timely manner. The beds were comfortable and the house was quiet. We all had a good time.

This was our first visit to AMI & you couldn't ask for a better beachfront property for the price. The views were amazing, the house was clean & super quiet. We flew in & packed very minimal & found the house had everything we needed for the week. We will definitely return.

Already planning our next stay

Could not have asked for a better get away! The house was perfectly laid out for everyone. We traveled with an array of ages, so it was perfect for rooms located on each level. The beach is literally a stone throw off the balcony. We saw dolphins everyday! Sato was great to work with (and we checked in on a Sunday). They were easy to reach, and their referrals helped us last minute for baby supplies. We left already talking about our next trip there.
