Cette maison offre un espace de vie ouvert, une vue sur le canal, une cuisine spacieuse avec coin repas intégré, des placards en bois massif, des plans de travail en granit, un ascenseur, une grande suite parentale avec baignoire et douche séparées, une terrasse privée attenante à la suite parentale, des dressings, une deuxième suite parentale, une chambre d’amis, une chambre avec lits superposés et un garage. Beach Bay Serenity offre un accès direct à la baie de Tampa et au golfe du Mexique. Détendez-vous et recevez vos voyageurs en plein air au bord de la piscine chauffée ! Idéalement située sur Pine Avenue, vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants et boutiques à deux pas de chez vous ! Apportez votre bateau et amarrez-le directement dans votre jardin ou profitez d’une partie de pêche depuis le ponton. Laissez votre voiture à la maison : le tramway gratuit d’Anna Maria passe juste devant votre porte d’entrée et vous permet de vous déplacer très facilement sur toute l’île !

We were a group of ladies that stayed for a girls trip to AMI and the home was perfect. It was in a fantastic location with a short stroll to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and a cup of coffee in the morning at North Shore. It was clean and packed with everything we needed for a relaxing and fun weekend on the island. I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location

Everything was beautiful and spacious. Loved the pool and location. We were in walking distance of the shops and restaurants and of course the beach. Second time using this vacation home and we loved it each time!

Absolutely amazing

This was our first time at Ann Maria Island. We absolutely loved our house and location. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back. We celebrated my 40th Birthday. Definitely unforgettable!

Great location with everything walkable or utilized the free trolley. Kept our boat on the dock in the back. The hot tub and pool were a hit. Property Manager responded to our messages immediately.

Great house. Needs updating though. Master bath toilet and sinks have issues. The toilet runs a lot, even after having the flapper changed. The master bath faucets dispense water slowly. Could need new faucets. Other than those 2 issues. It’s a great house.

Great house

Great location, very clean, super nice. Walking distance to everything you need especially the beach. The garage has a good amount of beach chairs, also the garage can easily fit 2 cars inside and 3 outside. Early check in was possible which was helpful. Highly recommend.

Centrally located on pine within walking distance to both beaches and pier, shopping and terrific restaurants. Highly recommended. Very open main level and elevator perfect for anyone with physical disabilities or wheelchair bound.

Family vacation

Beautiful home with many amenities. Myself and my adult children spent the week in the area for a family wedding. The home is very spacious and is close to a number of restaurants and shops. Was appealing to all that we wished to do. Wouid highly recommend.

It is not very often that you rent a place and the pictures do not do it justice… But this was just the case! The house was immaculate, the property very well-maintained. Location is perfect. Able to walk to local market and shops. Would highly recommend. Had a fabulous week! Two minute drive to the beach. Or just a five minute walk to the pier. Loved fishing off of the dock. Even saw a manatee!.

We loved the house so much- the only disappointments were the hot tub did not always work great- it kept losing water. There were a couple minor things but the company was great!

We had the BEST time at this vrbo!!! We would 100% stay in this same home next year if we could but we will have 11 people in our party and this home only allows for 10. The home was clean and very spacious. Everything worked well. We had so much fun hanging out in the pool and hot tub, fishing off the dock (our party caught a few!), having our morning coffee on the deck off the living room and sleeping in the comfy beds. We made a lot of meals in the large kitchen that had almost everything you could imagine needing (the only thing we couldn't find was a cutting board, just an fyi). We did not need to contact the host during our vacation but did a few times prior to coming and Sato Real Estate was so quick to answer questions and they were very accommodating and kind. Everything went seamlessly from start to finish. Things to know...1) we were cold a few nights and didn't realize there were extra blankets in the covered basket by the entertainment center so know that they are in there :-) 2) the garage had a few fishing poles and styrofoam bait coolers, some beach toys (we left some too with some water toys), a beach umbrella, some beach chairs, a wagon (a bit squeaky but worked fine to walk it down to the beach), a few more misc. items. 3) A few things that the vrbo didn't have that we bought were a cooler for the beach, coffee filters for the coffee pot (left a bunch behind), additional laundry pods and dish detergent pods. ENJOY YOUR STAY!!! IT'S AMAZING!!!

Fun Spring break

It was fun having the pool and hot tub in the yard. The beds were pretty comfortable and the maintenance person was very responsive when we had a couple little hiccups. One thing that is sort of dumb but bothered me, they don’t give you enough toilet paper for a week with five people. When we asked for another roll they told us to buy our own. Don’t mean to sound petty, it just bugged me bc we were trying to spend time together, not run errands.

Beautiful Big Home, Perfect Location

We absolutely loved our stay at this house on AMI! The house was bigger than it looked in the pictures and fit our family of 8 adults wonderfully. The kitchen had everything you need, living room was comfortable and bedrooms were great. The pool was clean and just right for a dip after a day at the beach. Only issue was the AC did not seem to be working on the main level. The bedrooms were cool but in kitchen and living room was very warm and uncomfortable after coming inside from a day outside in the heat. And there is an uneven step outside on the walkway to driveway which was hazardous and our family member actually tripped and fell, injuring herself. Would just recommend fixing the step or pointing it out so it’s more visible for others. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Such a great beach house. Awesome to be able to dock a boat in the canal. Easy walk to pine ave shopping and dining. Super close to both piers and great beach access. Will be back.

Nice house, issue with AC

The house was very nice in a great location. Would give 5 stars except for the fact that we received a call the day of arrival that the air conditioning was not working and it did not get repaired until 3 days later. I did not receive any follow up from the rental company and had to call to check on the status after two days. Once I called, Monica told me their notes indicated AC had been fixed and she got back to me with an update. When the repairman came, he was upset that he had to work late and told us the unit was old and really needed to be replaced. There is information on the counter that clearly states there will be no adjustment for anything that goes wrong, so future guests just need to be aware if there are issues during your stay, you will still pay full price. Overall we were happy with the house and it would have been great if not for the inconvenience of no AC.

Mini Family Vacation

The house was spacious, well decorated, equipped with everything necessary. The backyard was amazing with saltwater access, we had a great time fishing everyday.This house was a home away from home. We enjoyed walking to the beach, and to small shops and restaurants right on our same block. Josh was very friendly and available to answer all of our questions and concerns. We will definitely rent this house again
