We enjoyed our stay, we went into this knowing about street noise and planned on drinking late anyway. The hop cat had great food and beer, highly recommend. The parking garage was 18 for the one night stay. And close enough to walk to the truck to smoke. Oh yea the pizza downstairs is amazing. You will eat it cause you smell it in the hallway and you wonât be able to skip out lol.
Overall very calm and nice stay at this Vrbo. A cozy listing in a very very convenient location. If you like pizza, or just New York food, you are so so so in luck. The NYPD pizza joint right below is such an amazing spot itâs almost worth staying at this cozy spot just for the convenience of simply walking downstairs for a slice, some knots, and a slice of red velvet cake.
The rental itself was adorable and centrally located. The bathroom was not ideal, but fine for a couple of days. If you don't mind loud college students partying intothe late night hours, then I would highly recommend this place.
It was very close to the action which was very nice! My only complaint was that how to get and get the code was not clear and was emailed outside lf expedia, It was confusing at first but we figured it out
We loved the apartment so much we ended up just staying in for the night instead of what we had planned. We felt right at home! Just enough ammenities and I really appreciated having real coffee in the morning.
GREAT location. But be aware you are in the heart of the energy of downtown Ann Arbor. There is street noise but if youâre used to an urban atmosphere, itâs like home. If not, the lovely hosts provide a white noise machine and ear buds. I arrived on a Saturday and miraculously found a spot right across the street. Parked for the weekend and walked everywhere. The decor was amazing.. warm and welcoming . Incredibly comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Cute little kitchenette for coffee or to warm your leftovers because there is no need to cook given the proximity to all of the cafes and restaurants. Perfect for a 2-4 day stay. No TV⊠didnât need it as we enjoyed what the city had to offer. But once there, was comfortable enough to just relax in the cozy chairs, read my book or listen to records on the provided record player. My PhD student (the reason for my visit) said it would be the perfect studio apartment. This will be my first choice the next time I visit!
Cute, well-appointed spot close to everything in downtown A2
The space is very cozy and clean, with an individual touch (more and more rare these days). Checkin was easy, and the apartment is easy walking distance to all downtown attractions, especially dining & shopping. I was a little disappointed that a neighboring tenant played techno fairly loud from 6am-checkout, so sleeping wasnât the best.
Cute little apartment right downtown! Itâs nice that it has a fridge to store your leftovers from dinner. Super central and the owners were very nice!
We had a wonderful stay. Communication with the property manager was great. We enjoyed the location and the eclectic style of the apartment. The parking garage close was reasonable as well. It is $1.50/hour so $36 a day.
This loft was a great fit for an adult night out. We live in the area and stayed in the city overnight. The location is fantastic for walking and grabbing dinner. The loft is uniquely decorated and sleeps very comfortably. Recommended!
Beautiful and well decorated studio with kitchenette
This little place packs everything you need for your stay into a studio apartment. The kitchenette was perfect for heating up leftovers or having an easy breakfast. The Murphy bed is very tall but so comfortable. The linens are so soft! The bathroom was really clean and had a lot of nice natural light during the day. This is the best decorated rental Iâve ever stayed in. So cozy and welcoming. The hosts were very communicative and allowed me to bring my toddler last minute. Canât say enough good things about this rental!
Very satisfying stay in Ann Arbor! Communications with host were informative from the get go. The space was aesthetically pleasing, cozy and comfortable. The location is in the heart of Ann Arbor. I was visiting my student, so perfect for shopping and dining! I enjoy an upbeat location, so I didnât mind the vibrant atmosphere at night. The host provides a white noise machine and ear plugs if you need quiet. I would definitely stay her again!
My friend & I stayed last night; it was a blast from the past, admiring the antique/vintage furniture & people-watching out the little breakfast nook over a cup of coffee. As appropriately titled, it is whimsical & colorful as much as it is cozy!
Had a wonderful time here for a quick weekend getaway! Super clean, very comfy and cozy, and a large bathroom & kitchenette. It got a bit loud at night since itâs right near the diag/college life, but it was nothing a little white noise didnât easily solve.
Only suggestion would be to possibly add a tv of some sort? That was the only thing we really felt was missing, but we would absolutely still stay here again!
I was in an Ann Arbor for a conference at UMich and this apartment worked out wonderfully. The location is great and I very much appreciated the record player with a Dean Martin LP. I didn't get to use the kitchen due but I imagine it coming in very handy on a longer stay.
The parking was not that easy. The room was very comfortable which I would expect from the price tag. The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of choices. I never did receive the wake up call I requested
