We offer for rent, in Anlhiac, Two independent spaces: two houses with 10 bedrooms each with two living rooms, two kitchens and two dining rooms.
We can accommodate two families in total autonomy but you can also get together in the big house.

What makes this place unique is its location: at the end of the road, facing the fields and the silence.

the outdoor areas, terraces, pool and garden can accommodate all guests.

The rooms are spacious and bright, allowing you to enjoy the property rain or shine.

The large reception room of the barn allows you to receive guests around a large table or around the fireplace


The Dwelling:
this beautiful house with an area of 160 m² and can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 54 m² (with fireplace), an equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can fully and exclusively enjoy a garden of about 6,000 m². Wifi available, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

this beautiful house with an area of 300 m² and which can accommodate up to 10 guests is composed of a pretty living room of 90 m² (with fireplace), an equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (with shower and/or bathtub) and you can fully and exclusively enjoy a garden of about 6,000 m². Wifi available, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The house is ideally located near Anlhiac, In a very pleasant environment, at the end of a path overlooking the fields. You can benefit from all the essential shops nearby but also shops, restaurants, bars, market in Hautefort or Excideuil among others...
Activities
- Several castles to visit: The Dordogne is the region of 1000 castles (Château de Hautefort, famous for its film shoots, Château d'Excideuil...)
- The caves of Tourtoirac and Lascaux...
- Sports activities available: from water sports (kayaking, rafting, water skiing,..) to land activities (quad biking, mountain biking, operating,...)
Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot of the house which can accommodate up to 6 cars, with 2 fast charging stations.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Thiviers train station about 30 minutes by car, Limoges train station about 1 hour by car
- Nearest airport: Périgueux airport about 40 minutes from the accommodation, Brive-la-Gaillarde airport about 1 hour by car

- Sheets and towels included
- The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a correct state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use.
- Change of sheets and/or cleaning during your stay, with supplement
- Very high-speed Wi-Fi, free of charge available (Starlink satellite coupled with a 5G backup) ideal for teleworking and online games
- The fireplace is functional (first fire provided)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated hours is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat fee may be requested
- A welcome basket is offered with wine and local specialties
