There are 3 levels, with a bedroom on the ground floor plus a kids games room / 2nd living room with TV, the middle level hosts 2 further bedrooms both with built in cupboards, a central main bathroom and separate laundry and toilet.

The top level has an elevated ceiling with windows capturing blue skies and leafy outlook, sliding doors access the balcony delivering views of the surrounding area and sea glimpse. The entire floor is open plan kitchen, dining and living and perfect for entertaining.
