The bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the bathroom includes a modern vanity, updated fixtures, and a tub/shower combination with direct bedroom access. A stacked washer and dryer add everyday convenience. Located directly across from the popular Solar Loop Trail and within walking distance to Frontier Park, this condo offers easy access to year-round events, live music, farmers markets, and outdoor recreation. During ski season, the free Eagle shuttle stop is conveniently located just across the street for quick access to the ski base.
This unit is accessible by two flights of stairs.
Christi Villa #212 is a pet-friendly home; two of your pets can stay for an additional fee.

KITCHEN: Microwave, refrigerator, electric induction range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, Keurig coffeemaker.
INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV. Central heating. This property is not air-conditioned.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Private balcony off the living room.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Christi Villa #212 is 5 blocks from the Ski Lodge (13 minute walk). It is also 1.9 Miles from the Angel Fire Country club (about a 5 minute drive).
PARKING: Uncovered parking lot.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Dogs are ONLY allowed in designated dog-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
