You are a short walk from the lifts, the free ski shuttle stops right at the complex, and ski lockers downstairs keep your gear out of the way between runs.



Inside, the open living space is easy to settle into, with a gas fireplace to warm up beside, a full kitchen for home-cooked meals, and a dining area with seating for the whole group. An elevator in the building and in-unit laundry take the friction out of arrivals, gear days, and longer stays.

The living area is the heart of the condo, anchored by a gas fireplace that takes the chill off after a day outdoors. There is comfortable seating, a TV with a Roku stick (sign in with your own streaming accounts), and an open flow into the kitchen and dining space that keeps everyone together.

The full kitchen is equipped for real cooking, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The dining area seats up to eight between the table and bar stools, so breakfast before the lifts and dinner after are both easy.

Guest Access:

• Guests have full access to the entire two-bedroom condo, plus the building elevator and on-site ski lockers.

• Self check-in is available via smart lock keypad for a simple, flexible arrival.

• Parking is available in front of and beside the Snowfire complex for up to two vehicles.

• In winter, four-wheel or all-wheel drive is not required but recommended on snow-packed mountain roads.

• Guests also have access to Angel Fire Resort amenities; resort fees, rules, and regulations apply.



Getting Around:

In winter, the free Angel Fire Resort ski shuttle stops at the Snowfire complex and runs a continuous route to the base area during peak periods (on call at other times). A vehicle is handy for exploring; four-wheel or all-wheel drive is not required but recommended on snow-packed roads. Taos is about 40 minutes away, with Red River, Taos Ski Valley, and Santa Fe all within easy day-trip range.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, and only registered guests are permitted.

• This condo does not have air conditioning; heating is provided throughout.

• Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.

• Cell service and building WiFi can be less reliable during holiday and spring break periods due to higher area demand; please plan accordingly.

• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind.

• Additional fees and taxes may apply to your reservation total.

• No smoking, parties, or events.
