This procedure allows us to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system may be operated and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Andria Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Please note that check-ins outside the indicated hours must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:
