"Hotel Heiss is waarschijnlijk een nieuw hotel dat op sommige plekken nog niet helemaal af is. De lobby deed ons denken aan een parkeergarage. De kamer ziet er netjes uit, maar ruikt niet fijn. Onze kamer was zo klein dat we onze koffers niet konden openen. Ook het beddengoed vond ik onprettig aanvoelen. De deuren van andere kamers gaan hard dicht, ook midden in de nacht, waardoor ik steeds wakker werd. Wel aardig is dat er in de minibar een paar snackjes en drankjes liggen, die je gratis mag gebruiken. Op het buitenterras van het hotel aten we een lekkere pizza. De medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk."

The airconditioning works very good what is nice in this climate. The breakfast is a good combination of a la carte ordering and a supplement buffet. There were many healthy choices and all was freshly prepared. The location is perfect as you can walk to both the beach as the centre of Miraflores. The airport bus also stops around the corner, this saves a lot of money."

Minbar consumption was charged to my bill while I never touched the minibar. In addition the doorman order us a taxi to the airport and he told us a price that was higher than the official rate. "
