'Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall.'

'Haven in the hills. Loved our stay at Windermere, a thoughtfully curated property with a a focus on nature. The staff were exceptionally helpful, meals wonderful and guided nature walks a wealth of fascinating information. Definitely recommend to nature lovers looking for a peaceful stay with all the creature comforts of a luxury getaway.'

'Exceptional resort wonderful food cooked to perfection excellent staff we were very impressed especially one young man called jerry nothing too much trouble best stay in india'

'The location and views are undoubtedly the hotel’s strongest points — the scenery is magnificent and the setting is beautiful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself did not live up to what we expected for the price. We paid around £280 per night for 3 nights, which was over ₹100,000, and for that price the rooms and general finish felt very dated and poorly maintained. The furniture was old, the flooring was damaged in places, and some of the switches and fittings were visibly coming...

'Geweldig en nieuw hotel - slechts 1 jaar oud. Moderne kamers met alles wat je nodig hebt. Goed eten in restaurant en geweldig personeel. Let wel, alcohol in de bar is nogal prijzig. Kan over de locatie weinig zeggen; wij waren er alleen een enkele nacht op doorreis. '

'The views were spectacular, the food was amazing, the people were incredibly friendly and helpful.'

'Good example of a new hotel that can meat international standards and deserves to be recommende for this reason. We were upgraded to one of the honeymoon cottages and these are of excellent quality. The food is excellent as well, and the hotel is well managed. Munnar is also a very attractive location to visit.'

'great place for 2 or 3 nights, the wifi was excellent, only setback is that you can hear the people in the tent next door. The trail to the hotel is very rough and not an easy ride. The employees at the resort are very helpful and my favorites were Dilip and Manoj. Dilip will take great photos early morning in the trail.Manas will help you 24 hours if you need it. hiker shoes are very important.'

'The staff was not very helpful and welcoming. Room very bad. Floors were very sticky. The room walls had signs of leakage. Restaurant staff was nice but the service was extremely slow. We had to wait more that 30 mins just to get one roti. Overall, would not recommend this place. '

'I had an amazing stay at this property! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect peaceful yet easily accessible. The host was extremely helpful, responsive, and made sure everything was comfortable for us. The rooms were spacious, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall vibe was very relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would definitely...
