Dear Sabrina,Please accept our apologies for this sad experience, not reflecting usual feeling of our guests. Our team works hard to offer the best service. Unfortunately, a technical problem caused this hot water problem, and our receptionists could not do anything themselves. Our management immediately reacted by requesting a technical intervention, but this could not solve the problem as quickly as desired.Once again, please excuse me for the inconvenience caused.
