L' Atypique

In the heart of Amboise, a 15-minute walk from downtown and its shops, we are offering this charming house with its enclosed garden.
This historic home, which tastefully blends the charm of the old with the modern, was renovated in 2021.

It can accommodate up to 6 people with its 2 bedrooms (2 beds measuring 140x190 cm) and a sofa bed or a fold-out bed.
A travel crib and high chair are available upon request.

On the first floor, you’ll find a living-dining room with a sofa bed, TV, and streaming device, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), and an utility room with a toilet, sink, and washing machine.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms with double beds and a shower room with a toilet.

An enclosed garden, opening onto the street, is also available and can be used, among other things, for storing bicycles.
You’ll also enjoy a garden table with a parasol in this area, and an electric griddle can be provided upon request.
