Perched in a commanding panoramic position above the Amalfi Coast, Villa Giulia offers breathtaking views stretching from Capo Vettica to Capo d'Orso, across the Gulf of Salerno all the way to Punta Licosa. From the spacious private terrace, the town of Amalfi appears like a postcard, you can even spot the cathedral façade and its bell tower in stunning detail.

This charming apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. The entrance opens into a bright open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed for two guests and an LCD TV, creating a relaxing space to unwind.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, four-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, espresso pod coffee machine, traditional Italian moka coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.

The double bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, ensuring a restful stay. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating for maximum comfort in every season.

Living and bedroom open directly onto the panoramic terrace, furnished with sun loungers, sofa and a shaded outdoor dining area, the perfect spot for al fresco meals, evening aperitifs, and unforgettable full moon nights.

Access to the apartment involves descending steps from the main road (where the 'Pastena' bus stop is located), ensuring a quiet and secluded stay.
The apartment features one bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout.

**Parking**: Street parking is limited. Guests can use a valet parking with a covenient pick up and drop off service at a daily fee, we recommend to reserve a spot in advance.

Amalfi city tax (€3 per person per day) and final cleaning (€50) are due in cash upon arrival.

To access the accommodation you have to walk down about 160 steps, therefore the apartment is not suitable for those who don’t like walk up and down the stairs of the Amalfi Coast.

- near the staircase leading down to the villa is the 'Chiesa di Pastena' bus stop, the bus to Amalfi center runs approximately every 45 minutes (AMALFI - POGEROLA line);
- 100 meters from the staircase that goes down to the house is the 'La Florida' supermarket;
- 200 meters away is the swimming pool 'Le Nereidi' with paid entrance;
- the center of Amalfi is 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus;
- a few hundred meters away (10 mins walk) is the village of Pogerola, with bars, pizzeria-restaurants, grocery and a pub.
