Treat yourself to an unforgettable getaway in our air-conditioned industrial-style gîte, located in the Aude department, in Cathar country. Exclusively designed for an adult couple, this gîte is a space of tranquility and privacy with no facing walls. It's the ideal setting for resting, getting together and pampering yourself in a unique environment.

- Industrial style: Elegant, modern decor combining comfort and character.
- Private terrace: Accessible from the moment you arrive after climbing a few steps, the terrace is an outdoor space sheltered from view, with a living room featuring a sofa, coffee table and armchairs, as well as a barbecue for evenings around a good grilled meal. An outdoor dining area is also available.
Private heated indoor pool (5.5 m x 3.10 m): Relax in a pool at an ideal temperature of 28°, accessible in all seasons. From the terrace, large picture windows give access to the indoor pool, lounge and bathroom.
- Private spa: The spa is reserved exclusively for our guests and maintained at a temperature of 32°C for your comfort. If you would like a higher temperature, please let us know in advance, so that we can heat the water in an eco-responsible way, while respecting your schedule. Available from May to September.

- Living area: A metal and wood staircase leads you to the living area, comprising a modern fitted kitchen and a spacious living room with a direct view of the terrace, its bamboo and olive trees. The living room is a bright and comfortable space, with a breathtaking view of the property's garden and the stream below.
- Bedroom and bathroom: The bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200), en-suite shower room and separate toilet.
Mezzanine: Above the living room, accessible by the same staircase, a mezzanine offers a cosy space to relax on the sofas, read, or watch a movie.

The region offers a wealth of attractions and visits 11 Cathar castles with its jewel in the crown, the medieval Cité de Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage site.The other listed monument, the Canal du Midi, links Toulouse to Sète, winding its way through the vineyards and boasting 350 structures that you can discover by boat. The village of MONTOLIEU, 10 minutes from the gîte, is a must for all book lovers. The Gouffre Giant de Cabrespine, one of the 10 most beautiful caves in Europe, and the Grotte de Limousis are both surprising sites. The region's religious heritage is rich and admirably preserved, with abbeys, churches and cathedrals. The forests, lakes and dams of the Montagne Noire, which feed the Canal, are ideal for walking. You can go rafting down the Aude valley or discover the valley by tourist train. There's also fishing, or paper-making at the Moulin de Brousse, a delight for young and old alike. But let's not forget the god of Occitan cuisine, LE CASSOULET, synonymous with friendship and great food.
