« The studio is in an older building but has been meticulously remodeled and decorated. It is very well appointed. Perfect for families with a Murphy bed for the kids and lots of games. The pool area has been upgraded and is very comfortable and clean. It is only a few miles from Weir’s Beach, Meredith (Lake district), and the concert Pavillon. Great value. Wonderful hosts. Highly recommend. »

« Had an incredible stay for a Father/Son overnight trip to Laconia. The property was clean, incredibly safe, quiet and relaxing, the amenities were very nice and perfect for a vacation of any length. Perfect for family trips, couples getaways, solo adventures and friend getaways. This property is close to anything you want to do in that area. Has a nice pool, basketball, firepit, BBQ spots, places to relax and enjoy your drink or coffee to watch the sunset over the lake or sit under the starry...

« Clean, pet friendly, quiet, attractively furnished. Had not known it would be a second floor unit with stairs to enter. That was not a problem for us but might be for others. We enjoyed ourselves. »

« The location of this was perfect for us. We went to 2 nights of concerts at the pavilion and the drive was very easy. The location to food and activities was also great! The place was exactly as pictured, very clean, and perfect for our needs. The host was phenomenal, communicative, and even helped us out when we arrived with a flat tire! We look forward to making this "our spot" when we come up for concerts in the future! »

The apartment was well-furnished and comfortable - and having the woodstove started and waiting for us was a nice plus! The Farm is a great property and we enjoyed watching and interacting with the cows. A great trip for our group! »

« This place was total dump and needs A LOT of TLC. It’s too bad because it could be a really nice spot. Don’t be deceived by the photos and reviews. It was really run down and smelled. The carpet was ripped and stained. I was afraid to walk around in bare feet in fear I would get some sort of disease. The walls were beat up and paper thin. We could clearly hear the people next door talking and coughing up a lung. There were also spider webs on the ceiling. It’s advertised has having a balcony....

« This is just a glorified old ski condo bedroom. There's a microwave in the fridge but no dishes and no utensils. The rug going into the bathroom is pulled away from the floor and if you step on it with bare feet you get rug tacks in your toes. There's only a single door between the next unit and you can hear everything their TV their conversations. The sliding door barely works you really have to fight with it to open and close it. I would not recommend this place. »
