'The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected. 'I can’t even begin to explain how beautiful the area around this hotel is. It’s so peaceful and quiet and has the most incredible views of the dolomites mountains. The breakfast is DELICIOUS (the dinner is too). Beds super comfy and staff are all so kind. We loved it here so much and are already scheming how we can come back in the winter because the photos of the hotel in the snow look unbelievable. Don’t hesitate to book here for your dolomites trip!!'

'The hotel is very smart and, although has a lot of rooms, never felt especially busy. It’s a 25-35’ walk to town (uphill on the way back) but the two helpful shuttle buses mean the only challenge is getting home from dinner. The gym and spa area and gym are large and excellent. Most importantly, all the staff were fantastically friendly and fell over backwards to look after you.'
