Adorable house with full kitchen and perfect location for attending Alpine events and visiting Big Bend, Fort Davis and Marfa. Ryan and Ralph were great to respond to questions. Loved the home. Inside was very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had (and it was my problem not the host) was that I couldn’t figure out how to work the television in the bedroom. Our favorite part was sitting on the front porch having a drink.

Ok but not great

Cute house on inside but very small bathroom with a very large shower. Rented the house because I wanted to cook for my relatives but had to partially clean the oven as it was filthy and burners on stove did not fit the drip pans so pots and pans were all slanted which made it difficult to cook. My contact person was very nice and would respond quickly to my text to him and apologized for the oven and offered to come clean it, however, i declined as I told him I would take the worst off but it would need to be thoroughly cleaned for the next guest. We did leave a day earlier than planned.

Quaint and cozy.

Well located for all we did in Alpine, Marfa and Ft. Davis. Heating was more than adequate for the small area. Had a little trouble with the TV remote.but nothing major. Beds were comfortable and warm. Could have used more lighting in the kitchen and another shelf in the bathroom. Due to weather, didn't have a chance to use the outdoor area. Very enjoyable stay.
