'We had a lovely stay at the house. The pool is amazing. The bedrooms are clean and spacious. The kitchen has all you nee. We enjoyed our dinners at the balcony with the lovely view.'

'Lovely villa!! Great location. Great air conditioning. Friendly and responsive host.'

'This is an extraordinary property. A great place to stay, off the beaten track, but much nearer to everything anyone could want than one might expect. Quiet, secluded and a great location.'

'Parfait '

'We've had a wonderful stay in your villa from June7th till 15th June. The villa is very quiet and relaxed. We felt ourselves very welcome. The large garden is very nice and inside the house is everything perfect. We want to come back! '

'We have spent one week with our family in this beautiful villa and we loved every part of it. The villa itself is beautiful but as you live outside, it is even nicer! An amazing pool area, in the beautiful garden which has different levels is extraordinary. We highly recommend it!'

'We had a fantastic time here with two families (four young children). Beautiful views and a great base for exploring the area. We absolutely recommend it.'

'The villa offers everything you need for a wonderfull stay in the Côte. Complete kitchen, nice outside BBQ/pizza shed. Lovely gardens, lit at night. Awesome swimmingpool. Enough things to do in and around the house - from Table tennis to Chess, from Badminton to playing cards. Good airco in bedrooms, not on groundfloor. The info and communication with the owner and local service team are very warm and supportive when you need anything. We had a lovely holiday, 4 adults - 5 kids (range 9-17) and...

Roger'

'This is a fantastic villa that worked well for an extended family of 8, including the grandparents, the middle-aged parents and their teen to 21-year old children. The bedrooms are on multiple levels providing good separation of space, and most have their own exterior entrances/exits to the lawn, pool, and driveway. The bedrooms are all airconditioned, The walk to old St. Paul de Vence, although not very far, is mostly uphill, but several of the adults in the group did it multiple times. The...
