« They say the apartment has a sleeping sofa. However, the length of the sofa was 150cm. They can’t advertise it for 4 adults. Communication with the company was extremely poor, slow to respond and did not talk English. Not happy, even though we got an apartment eventually that was okay. But we had to pay extra. »

« Great location to explore Botanic Garden on foot and city easily assessible with Yangex Go (UBER). The roof top terrace is a beautiful location to enjoy a cocktail or traditional pot of tea with stunning views!
The meals and breakfast all good. Staff really helpful and friendly. Throughly enjoyed my stay. When I return to Almaty, I will stay again 😊 »
