The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook delicious meals.

The bedroom contains a comfy queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces for your belongings, with an additional sofa bed for two extra guests.

The bathroom has all the necessary amenities for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Costa Da Caparica is a stunning coastal destination that has something for everyone. From Praia da Mata to Rainha Beach, the golden sands of the beaches are perfect for soaking up the sun and dipping in the refreshing waters. For those looking for something a bit more thrilling, Praia da Costa da Caparica is great for surfing and other water sports. Praia do Castelo and Miradouro dos Capuchos provide some of the most picturesque coastline views.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station is at Av. 1º de Maio: 9 minutes walk.

The nearest train station, Pragal (line: Lisboa-Setubal), is just an 11-minutes drive.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
