'Roaches in the room. Half of the lights didn't work. Took photos of the roaches and showed them the the front desk and manager and subsequently asked for a refund. They refused the refund because they said the room had been used. We walked in, sat bags on the bed, saw roaches, grabbed our bags and left.'

'Liked nothing. Dirty and smelled like burnt grease. Room door was bent and loose. Toilet leaked sewage at the floor. Bed sagged was like sleeping in a bathtub. Ran out of hot water at 4 AM shower. Not worth it even if free. Should get a refund.'

'Good room, friendly staff, good breakfast'

'We will definitely be staying there again! It was very quiet and exactly as described.'

'Clean rooms with good parking and great breakfast'

'Loved the large rooms and location. Breakfast options were great as well.'

'Hotel was very convenient, close to a variety of restaurants and close to the I40. Staff were very helpful.'

'Air conditioner is VERY loud, needs maintenance. Noise from above floor, heavy steps ALOT. Bathtub drain super slow, had to stand in water while showering. Bathroom it self is dark, only light was from behind new mirror. Backdoor to hotel was left unlocked all the time, people come in and out at will.'

'The hotel did the job of a nights sleep. The room was clean but the whole hotel smells like a musty swimming pool and sound proofing is almost nonexistent.'

'You can tell the “no smoking” signs everywhere are just for show. Got into my room…immediately drove to Walmart for air fresheners and Lysol. It was like a chain smoker lived in that room for years. Everything was covered in tar and the room absolutely wreaked. I was in town for work and this place was cheap. But I lasted 4 days before I had to tap out and find somewhere cleaner. No refunds and the staff will tell you “come back at 9am” if you come with a complaint or make a request for a room...

'Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.'
