'I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone.'

'A very new and good motel. Everyting was good but: Although the building was very new there were already things broken, the shower taps were loose from the wall and other things already started to deteriorate. I am afraid that in a year the maintenance will not be enough to keep customers satisfied.'

'The room was clean and cozy. Perfect location. The Moxy also has its own bar which is very nice - also offered two free drinks (1 each). Valet parking is offered. There are other nearby parking garages , as well. Only thing that would be extra nice is a breakfast offering , but we did go to the local La Vida cafe for a superb breakfast. Will stay again as the hotel is very nicely done and good location. '

'The hotel is downtown and serviceable with a decent restaurant and Starbucks nearby. But it is loud as it is on the corner of two busy streets. We were disappointed to have no cleaning nd room service during our two night stay.'

'Overall, I had a very relaxing stay at this hotel. The room was exactly how described and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. I really appreciated that they had pillow cases that told you if the pillow was soft or firm. Also the breakfast was very generous…lots of healthy options and I appreciate the pancake maker that made such fluffy pancakes! 'we stayed 2 nights second day the beds where not made up they foilded the used towels and put them back on the bed nothing cleaned at all the halway and stairs where very dirty even de smell from some parfum diddnt covered it.building is very old and dated ready for building new again.'
