'Nice clean property, breakfast was good. Not the hotels fault but, they were kids running in the hallway early Sunday morning waking up the guest. There should be rules in place for this kind of behavior. Parents sometimes allow their kids to run free and disturb other guests.'

'Very nice hotel-not a typical Red Roof in that there is no outside access to the rooms. Room was clean and freshly painted, everything worked, coffee and hot water available in the lobby all day and night. Location seemed very safe, although a bit isolated.'

'Hot tub didn't work. It could have been allot cleaner. The bathroom floor was visibly dirty with hair & hot knows what else. But you get what you pay for & this place was cheap. '

'we stayed 2 nights second day the beds where not made up they foilded the used towels and put them back on the bed nothing cleaned at all the halway and stairs where very dirty even de smell from some parfum diddnt covered it.building is very old and dated ready for building new again.'

'There are many walkable places- like the Archer Theatre, restaurants, PPL center etc. The room and lobby area were very vibrant and clean. When checking in, it was a very rushed process, staff were nice but seemed overwhelmed. This was the same for the valets. Seemed overwhelmed or did not necessary have a process on retrieving vehicles. I will share that the one valet did not answer me but pointed to the check in area when I asked a question related to valeting. I was taken back by that...

'I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again.'

'I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone.'

'Convenient place for a single night in the Allentown area. We were at a concert at the PPL Center which was convenient to the hotel at a very reasonable price. The hotel is older but met our needs. My only complaint was the pillows were very small and soft and on a hard king size bed so took awhile to get comfortable. '

'A very new and good motel. Everyting was good but: Although the building was very new there were already things broken, the shower taps were loose from the wall and other things already started to deteriorate. I am afraid that in a year the maintenance will not be enough to keep customers satisfied.'
