'Sweeeeeeeeet Staff clean. Attending serving staffexcellent'

'The property is well clean, restaurant food is delicious, lovely poolside, staff are professional, location is perfect easy access for transportation and near the mall. The room is spacious and AC is great. The hotel should try to update/add their rooms selections on Expedia.'

'Kamer niet schoon gemaakt, badkamer idem dito, kapotte douchekop en bij het ontbijt geen koffie te krijgen.'

'Yes the room was neat and clean. The lighting was excellent. The front desk lady, Justina was excellent too. They are familiar with hotels.com process.'

'Bad'

'I stayed there between 7 AM to 1:00 PM Location was wrong on Google, I had to call the hotel and explain the direction to the taxi driver. The room feels like very old never maintained, A/C was not working properly, I opened my self and found the filters were never cleaned for decades. The shower looks terrible, I would never stay there again and never recommend to anyone even if it’s for free. Terrible……'

'Excellent service delivery. I thank the management for not charging me for a broken verse by my 8yr old son. I really appreciate that. You have gotten a life long customer anytime I come to Nigeria.'

'Responsiveness'

'Not recommended'

'The hotel is in an excellent state, but the water system must be well and properly treated. I can't brush my teeth with it'

'Stayed one night Needs a lot of work doing on the rooms Appears a new or extension of hotel is being built'

'The basic facilities appear to be ok. However, they need to work better on their food. The quality of the food is not good enough, and you do not get value for your money. Despite my complaint, nothing was done about it.'
