With great pleasure we invite you to try and stay in our luxury apartment, located on the most beautiful beach in Alicante, on San Juan Beach. This wonderful apartment, recently renovated in April 2017, gives everyone the opportunity to spend the most beautiful time and a wonderful holiday in the most prestigious places in Alicante, in a magical urbanization called "Los Planetas". The apartment is equipped to stay and recommended for 6 to 8 people, in a luxurious environment.
The spacious apartment, with an area of more than 100m2, is 50 meters from the largest and most spectacular beach in Costa Blanca: San Juan Beach. The apartment is located in a wonderful, quiet and green urbanization with its own swimming pool, recreational games, playground and parking.
The apartment consists of a spacious living room with modern kitchen and dining area, fully equipped, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 terraces.
The living room connects with a large and attractive terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the sea. The living room is equipped with a modern fireplace, 2 sofas, a sofa bed adapted for two people.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, electric cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all the necessary services that provide a comfortable stay for 8 people.
The apartment has three double bedrooms with air conditioning, each with a terrace. All rooms are equipped with two single beds adapted so that they can be joined as a king size bed, wardrobes and all have separate bathrooms. All bathrooms have underfloor heating with independent heating, and one of them includes a washing machine.
The apartment has a great location. It is located on the fifth floor of a building with elevator, in a beautiful and quiet urbanization surrounded by many green areas, flowers and palm trees that give freshness and tranquility in the summer. Within the urbanization there is a swimming pool, sports field and playgrounds. During your stay here you will feel as if you are in an oasis of calm, despite the fact that it is only 50 meters from the beach.
When leaving the urbanization you will have at your fingertips, not only beach, but also an innumerable variety of lively pubs, bars, ice cream parlors, cafes and restaurants with delicious, Mediterranean and international Spanish cuisine. Around the corner you will find many shops with all the products you may need, including also local products.
At the entrance of the urbanization there is a bus stop and a local tram, which will take you to the center of the lovely and beautiful Alicante and in the direction of Benidorm, known as "Las Vegas" of Europe. However, in our opinion, the biggest advantage of the apartment is its location, close to the sea - approx. 50m, where the most beautiful beach of the Costa Blanca is located: "San Juan", with a clean and pleasant sand, playgrounds, sports fields for beach ball, gyms and many restaurants, cafes, bars and ice cream parlors. The great attraction is the proximity (2 minutes by car) of the golf course "Alicante Golf", well known among golfers. In „Los Planetas” you will find peace and respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the opportunity to enjoy all the attractions of Alicante, a city that likes to have fun, celebrate and dance and never sleeps. You can have everything at your fingertips only during your stay in our apartment

Ubicación inmejorable. Apartamento modernizado en urbanización antigua pero con buena piscina y jardines. Vistas laterales al mar. Cristalera y terraza adicionales. La única pega es la falta de cortinas que tapen la entrada de luz. Los estores son insuficientes. Parking de uso compartido comunitario, bastante lleno.

Sin duda el mejor apartamento que he alquilado. E incluso la hospitalidad y la comunicación con Katarzyna fueron puntual y placenteras. (1) Area: Una playa formidable para verla antes de salir el sol, bañarse durante el dia, y excelente para caminar de noche - Por la rambla y orilla. A solo 4 minutos caminando del aptm. Tiendas, Centro comerciales, restaurantes, bares, y más en los alrededores y cerca. (2) Seguridad: No vi nada grave y vigilancia por la policía local muy a menudo. Mi plan fue disfrutar del mar sin mucha preocupación por mi familia, y se logró aquí. (3) Apartamento: Definitivamente lo recomiendo para familias de 6 personas. Hay dos sofás grande suficiente para dos personas más. El apartamento tiene sombrilla y sillas de playa, plancha y tabla, todo para limpiar el piso, A/C en todos los cuartos, abanicos de techo en la sala, Baños individuales para dos cuartos, Baño grandísimo para visitas (lo use yo todo el tiempo porque me encanto su tamaño y diseño), lavador de platos, lavadora de ropas, balcón para fumadores y secar ropa, juegos de playa, pompa para balsas, aspiradora, y mucho mas.

A beautiful luxurious apartment which was clearly renovated in recent years. Very comfy beds. Better suited to 6 people rather than 7/8 as the lounge has no blinds to block out the rising sun. It’s a gated complex so feels very safe. Lovely restaurants and the beach are only a short stroll away. The tram stop is also right outside the apartment block entrance. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

We stayed for one week. This place is really nice and the location is perfect. The beach is about 3 minuets away and many good restaurants few minuets away. The appartment was clean and no bugs or anything. Beds were really nice!! And the washingmashine is good.

The property is amazing and in such a good location for the stunning beach and bars/restaurants (about 3 min walk). We were a group of three females and to be able to stay somewhere where we had a separate bathroom and bedroom each was perfect. The views are amazing and we felt very safe as the apartment is in a locked block within a gated (locked) community! Our host was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. The pool was nice to have and everything we needed was provided (beach towels, hairdryer etc). We would definitely recommend and would live to stay again....is is even more amazing than in the pictures 😁

Kate is an excellent host. She welcomed us to the apartment and showed us around. There was a welcome drink on our arrival and basic staple foodstuffs in the cupboards. The flat was exactly as described but better. Very clean and very modern, well equipped. The pool is great, beach is 3 mins away. All fabulous. We’ll be back

El apartamento es tal como sale en las fotografías. Recién reformado y muy limpio. Ubicación perfecta, cerca de la playa y tienes bares, supermercados ...de todo vaya, no hace falta coger el coche para nada. La urbanización muy bonita y tranquila. Desde luego que si volvemos a Alicante, repetiremos!!!

We stayed at this apartment with 7 people. It is a very great apartment! It was really clean when we arrived. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room are all very modern. The beach and sea are about two minutes by foot, which is amazing! The view of the apartment is beautiful; you can see the beach and sea. There is a supermarket nearby, only 10 minutes by foot. There are also some other nice shops in the neighbourhood. The tram stop is right next to the apartment, so you can visit other cities very easy. We had a great time here, and we would definitely recommend this to other people!

Apartment nice and modern. Perfect for 6 adults and a baby. More than 6 adults is a little crowded. Lovely host and great hospitality. A very very nice touch with towels, sun beds and umbrellas you can use for free when you wish or need them. we also found some sand toys for kids. Dish washer and washing machine with detergent were very useful and appreciated. Good internet and nice TV in the living room. If I would say the only one thing which wasn't great was the rude neighbors in the block with common wall with 2 of the bedrooms. They were very loud and rude when I told them they are disturbing our stay. It seemed that they live there. All in all it's a very good and nice apartment.

The apartment was perfect, everthing was clean and there was enugh space for all of us. the beach is really couple meters away, so perfect for a beach day :) also the bus stop is right at the corner and the public transportation is great from there. if we come back to alicante we would choos this apartment again.

We had a break in Alicante and a great stay in this apartment. The communication on both booking and arrival was good, Ines met us on arrival and went through the basics that we would need for our stay and departure. The apartment has all mod cons including good WIFI and was very nicely decorated. The balcony is a great feature will sun from early afternoon until late evening. A small welcome pack was provided and it was very useful to have kitchen essentials provided, for example, dishwasher tablets & cleaning kit, salt, pepper and oil. Although we hired a car this is not essential as there is a big supermarket about a 10 minute walk and lots of restaurants and bars a few minutes walk away. We would highly recommend this apartment and the area.

Appartement conforme à l annonce très bien équipé et très pratique, clim dans les chambres salvatrice ! Nous laissions ouvert les portes vers le salon avec le ventilateur c est parfait Résidence tres jolie et fleurie, piscine grande nous étions en décalé et l avions quasi toujours pour nous seul! Le quartier est très calme, à 2 min à pied de la plage, un parking et le supermarché à 5 min. Plage superbe très bien équipée pour les enfants Vraiment des vacances parfaites!!!

Well equipped apartment in a very nice neighborhood. The beach is lovely and very clean. Perfect place for families. It was easy to take the train to Alicante city, the train stops right outside the house and takes approx 30 minutes. It is recommended to visit the restaurants in Alicante since the food is better there. The housekeeper Ines was very helpful and nice. Overall we are really satisfied with our stay here!

Acabamos de pasar una semana estupenda en el apartamento. Tengo que decir que era perfecto por los 5 de nosotros. El apartamento tiene mucha luz,, es muy limpio y es muy bien decorado y muy moderno...no falta literalmente nada. Está 50 metros de una playa fantastica con un montón de restaurantes, heladerías y el tram, y autobuses al centro de Alicante delante de la puerta. Tambien Inés era muy muy agradable y listo a ayudar en cualquier momento. Recomendaría el apartamento a cualquier familia y grupo de amigos. Seguro que volveremos. A wonderful experience in a wonderful, bright, clean, well-decorated and modern apartment. Right beside the beach and all amenities with a tram outside the door to the center of Alicante. Inés is super friendly and always ready to help. I would highly recommend this apartment to families and groups of friends. Will be back.

Our family loved the apartment, the beach and the location. We had 7 people and the apartment worked perfectly for us. The kitchen and dinning areas were also great. The newly re-decorated property was as nice as the pictures make it look.

Our family of five adults and two children (one aged four years and the other eight months) stayed in the apartment for one week between the 20th and 27th May. The apartment was as attractive and beautifully appointed as the pictures suggest and the location is excellent being near to as many bars and shops as you could wish for. It is in a secure, gated community and only a very short walk to the beach which is clean and attractive despite the occasional jelly fish alert. The only problem we encountered was that we booked the apartment on the understanding that it slept eight people and as there were only five adults and two children we did not think we would have a problem. However, when it says it sleeps eight that includes a bed settee in the lounge, which has a long window wall and where there are no curtains or blinds so whoever is sleeping on the bed settee is woken at dawn, which comes very early in late May. Also, the three bedrooms are quite small with limited wardrobe space for the occupants of the bedrooms which meant the person sleeping on the bed settee had to live out of their suitcase and since the bed settee was in the lounge it meant the lounge always looked untidy and cluttered due to the open suitcase. From our experience the apartment was undeniably attractive and well located but our problem with using the bed settee whilst we were there suggest the apartment should be advertised as sleeps six in comfort and eight in an emergency.

Ya estuvimos el año pasado en este fantástico apartamento y decidimos repetir. Qué gran acierto. La casa es ideal, supermoderna y muy cómoda. Con unos acabados de gran calidad. Muy cerca de la playa y con una piscina que ya en mayo está abierta. El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario, incluso más: toallas de playa, sombrilla, sillas de playa, wifi, secador de pelo... ¿Qué más se puede pedir? Hemos estado muy muy a gusto. Si podemos, volveremos a repetir!!
