« The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. »

The Wifi worked, air conditioners worked, and washrooms were spotless. There is a washing machine in the washroom to wash your clothes if needed.
