'I accidentally booked my stay 1 day off, I immediately reached out to Hotels.com they said it would be up to the property they could not change my reservation. After a couple days I reached out to them again and they sent an email saying they were very sorry but after several attempts the property would not return an email. I reached out to the property and shared the email I had from Hotels.com it turns out Hotels.com had not sent any emails to the property the staff at Ponderosa were very kind...

Services included breakfast being delivered to our cabin each morning precisely at 8AM. Nestled amongst giant Ponderosa Pine trees and within walking distance of Oregon's premier tourist town Sisters, Five Pines is our pick from now on. If I could give it more than 5 starts I would.'

'This house was really perfect for my family and I for a couple night getaway. Everything has been really well maintained and was comfortable all around. The sauna was a nice bonus and worked perfectly. The location is also so convenient in walking distance to town shops but set apart for privacy and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!'
