The phenomenal outdoor kitchen is at your disposal whatever the weather, as it is covered together with the adjoining dining and lounge area. A cosy barbecue in the early evening is a must - the large gas barbecue, drinks fridge and bar help you celebrate the end of the day on the L-shaped outdoor sofa.



The airy veranda at the front of the house offers alternative seating and dining areas with views of the marina, the sea and the Tramuntana mountains leading to Cap de Formentor. From there, an inviting archway leads directly into the interior of the dreamlike holiday villa, whose name will quickly become your motto: Our house. Families can also feel at home here with a main double room, a smaller double room and two twin rooms. There are three modern bathrooms in the fully air-conditioned residence, two of which are en suite. All rooms are located on the ground floor. The open-plan living and dining room in typical rustic Mallorcan style mixes Spanish antiques with African and Indian textiles and comfortable modern furnishings that complete the relaxed ambience of the villa. The fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden rounds off the holiday home experience in Mallorca. Thanks to the central heating, the villa in a dream location can be rented all year round and, with fibre optic WLAN, can also be used for home office purposes in the mild Mallorca winter. In high season there is a DJ 3-4 nights a week until 22:30. The historic walled old town of Alcúdia is just a short drive or walk away, and a visit to historic Pollensa or the lively Puerto Pollensa is just a few kilometres away. Numerous water sports are available on the 12 km long beach of Alcudia, which is also nearby.
