The interiors follow a clean, minimalist design, with all rooms air-conditioned and outfitted with mosquito nets.

The outdoor space centres around a private 9x5-metre pool bordered by lawn and a broad sunbathing terrace, complemented by an outdoor shower. A charcoal barbecue area with worktop and an additional external bathroom add further comfort, and two covered parking spaces are available. The setting places guests close to Calatubo Beach and within easy reach of Balestrate’s shops, restaurants and long sandy coastline, while Castellammare del Golfo lies only a short drive away. Both house and pool are entirely private with no shared areas.
