We did NOT stay. It was totally Unacceptable. Dirty. Sheers stained. Sink not functional. Unpleasant odors. Area did not feel safe. Pictures were not current. We asked for a full refund (we left after 25 min) but were still charged over $70? Wr are disputing. Expedia has not provided assistance. We are disputing this charge. Expedia should remove this listing. Shame on them!

Both rooms were dirty, trash in the rooms, no towels, washcloths. Used soaps were left in the bathrooms, the comforters had cigarette burns throughout all of them, no tissue paper… the guy working acted as hi didn’t want to be there and could have cared less. Would not recommend this place.

ATTENTIONS: PLEASE DO NOT STAY ! The beds are very old with holes, there is no blanket, there is no trash can, the water does not drain, the hairdryer does not work, they give you a towel if you ask, it smellsvery bad, (although they took a non-smoking room), and for all this they also take a deposit of 50 dollars. I asked to change the room, I had to wait a long time, when I opened another room and there was no bed sheets at all, the dirty dishes was on the table, it was not cleaned at all.... I don’t understand how they can offer that's rooms to people. 🤔 Also in the property and around a lot of homes Lee people. Stuff unfreandly. I asked about refund but say no.....

Just gross
When we arrived there were 3 homeless men fighting in the parking lot. I felt very unsafe there. The room was beyond disgusting! Floors haven’t been swept in a long time and the dirty towels from the previous guest were still in the room. Super disappointed. I hate to leave bad reviews but I would hate someone to have the same experience I did.

Rooms werent ready at check in, wasted over 2 hours waiting to get one room that smelled so strongly of dog urine the managers answer was to open the door and air the room out... for medical reasons i explained this was unacceptable. Manager eventually agreed to a refund. Not a great experience to deal with. 3 hours later we were able to eventually get a room at a different hotel but had to cancel our evening plans.

Many surfaces in the room were very sticky. Half of the security arm on the door was broken. A hotel employee with some other people started to come into my room around 9 pm. He apologized and said he had understood this room was vacant. They left and I never had any more issues with this. The office and breakfast area were vary small and not clean. Because of the broken security arm, which I had not noticed earlier, I moved furniture in front of the door overnight. There were homeless people all over the neighborhood encroaching on the hotel. IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

New owner has work cut out for him
The clientele ...or people hang over the railings... was sketchy. Didn't give a guest a sense of security. The room was not real clean. Past guest left food in the refrigerator. I splashed water on the floor and when I wiped it up, the towel was black. Mirrors were spotty. Apparently, they have adapted to the trend of no top sheet on the bed, and the blanket was scratchy. To be fair, there is a new owner (he has a lot to do if his intention is to improve the place).

Disappointing
The room was clean but a strong bleach smell and sticky floors. My TV did not work. Had an ice bucket but no cups to drink anything. When I checked in, they tried to charge me then took 15 minutes to figure out I had pre paid. When I checked out, it took them 20 minutes to figure out how to credit my card for the security deposit. Not a good location. Alot of homeless people.

There were people outside the motel late into the night. Security was knocking loudly and yelling out at a room near mine around 0100 in the morning. The sheets were dirty and/or stained.

Sheets and bedspread were filthy. no topsheet. tried to get another room, was told motel was full. tried to ask for clean bedding, was told laundry was closed. Front desk staff literally would do nothing to fix the problem. Asked for re-fund. Was told the process could not be started until the manager came in the next day at 9 am. Front desk clerk would not give any straight answers other than sorry ma'am. I could not get him to clearly state the manager's name. I ended up just turning in the keys and paying and staying someplace else as I could not lay down on that bed and I would be on a plane to Seattle in the morning long before 9 am. Very bad experience and probably will not get a refund.

My non-smoking reserved room was given away so the kids and I had to stay in a smoking room. The floor needed to be swept but other than that it was OK. Nice water pressure and temperature.

Booked with Expedia, showed up and was told that they couldn’t allow me to stay in a room there because the price was too cheap. Balloon festival in the area and he told me that supply and demand changed the price. I talk to the manager Jay on the phone and he was just rude and says he will won’t work with me and will not honor Expedia. I will be following up with a nice email to the hotel chain. Don’t stay here, area is homeless infested.

Drug and bed bug heaven!
It was Filthy! The owner was rude and didn’t care if we were safe or if the rooms were clean! Bed bug and crack house motel! It was scary and the room was filthy there was urine in the toilet! People drinking and bbq outside. We asked for a refund and they just laughed. Stay away it should be shut down!

My stay in room 311 was extremely poor. I advised the front desk the heater in the room was not functional and they never came to see about it; I literally froze all night. They were completely booked and so were the rooms in the area. There were also tons of random people standing around outside the waffle house (closed). I had to keep checking my car throughout the night as the "security guard" was no where in sight.
