Welcome to our privately owned Catalina Apartment — a spacious, south-facing ground floor corner apartment with gardens, air conditioning, and strong Wi-Fi throughout, ideal for streaming with your Fire Stick.

The apartment is located within the elegant and secure four-star Club Albufeira Garden Village resort, approximately a 20–30 minute walk from Albufeira Old Town.

This beautifully presented air-conditioned apartment offers direct access from both the lounge and main bedroom onto a large private south-facing terrace, garden, and patio area — perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or dining al fresco. Parking is available at both the front and rear of the apartment.

Set amongst beautiful landscaped gardens filled with exotic flowers, pine, almond, and olive trees, the resort is designed to promote tranquillity and well-being.

This is a non-smoking apartment; however, guests are welcome to smoke on the patio area only.

Albufeira Old Town and the famous Fisherman’s Beach are just a 2-minute drive away by car or taxi, or approximately a 20–30 minute walk. There you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment.

Additional Information

• Mid-week towel and bedding changes can be arranged for an additional charge of €55.
• Guests leaving the apartment in an unacceptable condition will be responsible for any additional cleaning costs incurred.
• Please switch off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment. Excessive electricity usage may result in additional charges.
