These two apartments are located in the cosy Sol condominium, surrounded by pine trees and with two communal swimming pools, including one for children. The Falésia Beach, considered one of the most beautiful in the world, is just 800 metres away.



The apartments are located one above the other, but are not rented separately, being the perfect set for those who want to be together... but with some privacy.



Summary: 2 independent apartments in the Sol for a total of up to 10 people (6 in the downstairs apartment and 4 in the upstairs one), with access to two communal swimming pools and an excellent location near Falésia Beach. Ideal for two families or groups of friends.

Close to the check-in date, a request is sent to block the deposit on the credit card.



The swimming pool only allows access for 6 people at the same time



Parties are not permitted and the quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00 must be respected.



According to the municipal regulations, each guest must pay a tourist tax of two euros between 01 April and 31 October and one euro from 01 November to 31 March. The tax will be charged up to a maximum of five consecutive nights for all guests aged 13 years or older. The tourist tax amount is not included in the reservation value.
