The Villa Sapphire is a fantastic and modern house that has been completely renovated and is in the final stages of furnishing. New photos with the final result of this authentic "oasis" will be available soon. Located in a privileged area, just minutes from the best beaches of the Algarve and from supermarkets, restaurants, and the vibrant nightlife of Albufeira, this property offers the perfect balance between comfort, luxury, and proximity to dozens of leisure options.



With 5 en-suite bedrooms, including 4 double rooms and 1 spacious room with 2 double beds and 2 single beds, the villa guarantees privacy and comfort for the whole family or group of friends.



The social area stands out for its spacious and elegant living and dining room, and the modern, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your meals. For entertainment moments, you can enjoy a games room with a snooker table.



Outside, the villa offers a true leisure paradise, with a heatable private pool (optional extra) surrounded by extensive garden areas. The space also includes an exclusive pool bar with an integrated BBQ, ideal for outdoor meals, and a pool support toilet for greater comfort.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we're happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.



Prices for up to 14 people.

The 15th and 16th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
