Villa Florença is an elegant contemporary residence located in Patroves, Albufeira, just 3 km from the stunning golden sand beaches. With incredible sea views and a welcoming atmosphere, it is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.



The spacious and bright living room features modern decoration, with comfortable sofas and TV, ideal for leisure and socializing moments. The space connects harmoniously to the outdoor area through large glass doors, allowing easy access to the pool and terrace.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring comfort and practicality. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with two single beds each, two of which are en suite with a bathtub. There is also an additional bathroom also with a bathtub, ensuring comfort for all guests.



The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary amenities to prepare meals at home, and also has a large dining table where everyone can gather for pleasant moments.



Outside, the heated pool (additional cost) is the main highlight, surrounded by a terrace perfect for relaxing. At the back, an entertainment area with a snooker table, table tennis and a covered BBQ creates the ideal environment for outdoor meals and group fun.



Villa Florença is located just a few minutes' drive from restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, as well as the beautiful beaches of Castelo, São Rafael and Galé. Albufeira's center, with its lively marina and charming old town, is just 10 minutes away.



The property is equipped with a modern security alarm system. Image capture is an integrated functionality of the alarm system and is only activated if the alarm is on and is triggered in response to a possible intrusion.

Een auto huren is niet essentieel voor uw verblijf, gezien de ligging van de accommodatie. Desalniettemin kunnen wij u graag helpen met een reservering als u daar interesse in heeft. Wij kunnen ook transfers organiseren, indien nodig.
