  • Villa Paradisius is an elegant residence in Montechoro, Albufeira, with 3 bedrooms and capacity for 8+2 guests. Located in a quiet area, but close to bars, restaurants and amenities, this holiday home offers a private pool, jacuzzi (optional extra) and a modern and comfortable environment.



    Distributed over two floors, the villa has 3 bedrooms on the first floor: a double en-suite bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (for 4 people), plus a separate bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a third bathroom with shower, as well as a spacious open-plan living and dining room. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and essential utensils.



    The outdoor area is the main highlight, with a heated private pool (optional extra), modern decks and a jacuzzi for relaxation. There are also sun loungers to enjoy the sun, a barbecue for outdoor meals and ping-pong and billiard tables for entertainment.



    The villa has free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedrooms and living areas.



    Located just steps from the Strip and 2 km from Praia d'Oura beach, the villa allows easy access to the marina and the historic centre of Albufeira, with restaurants, bars and shops just 5 minutes' drive away. Book now and enjoy the best of the Algarve!

Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Agentur vor Ort, die uns auch viele Tipps für Touren und Restaurants gegeben hatte.Ganz toller großer Aussenbereich mit großem Pool, der tatsächlich gut beheizt war. Shops, Restaurants usw alles gut in Kürze zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Strand etwa 20 Minuten und in die Altstadt etwa 35 Minuten zu Fuß.

Amazing Stay

We are a family of 4 with 2 youngish children. We picked this property for what the outside offered. Lots of space, nice big pool, hot tub for the adults and the icing on the cake Pool Table and Table tennis table.The kids were entertained thoroughly!We had a couple of minor issues with the house itself, nothing that deterred us, but things for the owner to resolve moving forward.The inside is quite small, would be a tight squeeze if you utilised all the beds. But it fulfilled our purpose. Its a nice property in a street which looks like no other property are lived in..

Perfect villa for a relaxing and fun getaway

We stayed at Villa Paradisius as a group of friends and had an amazing time. The house is modern, clean and very well-equipped. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, especially in the evenings. It was great to have both outdoor dining and games like table tennis and pool, we didn’t even go out every night because the villa had so much to offer. The Strip is just around the corner, and we also drove to Praia da Oura and to Albufeira’s old town, both easy to reach. A great base to enjoy the Algarve with friends!

Quiet, comfortable and very well located

My husband and I stayed at Villa Paradisius while visiting our family in Albufeira. The house was larger than we needed, but it was a lovely place to relax. The living room is spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor area is wonderful. We especially appreciated the calm surroundings and the short distance to both the beach and shops. Albufeira is lively and full of charm, from local cafés to scenic spots by the coast. We hope to come back soon, maybe next time with our grandchildren!

Relaxation spot!

This villa in Albufeira is a dream. Its central location puts everything within reach, while the stylish decor adds a touch of luxury to every moment. From the jacuzzi and heated pool to the pool table, every detail screams comfort and entertainment. Fantastic getaway! The weather was not perfect, however that did not spoil our holidays.

Spacious villa, great location near everything!

We had a brilliant stay at Villa Paradisius with our two teenagers. The house is really spacious and comfortable, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The pool area was the highlight, and having a table tennis and pool table was a huge bonus for the kids. The villa is in a quiet area, but just a short walk from bars and restaurants, so we could relax without feeling isolated. We loved exploring Albufeira, especially the Old Town and the beautiful beaches nearby. The villa had everything we needed and felt very clean and safe. Highly recommend for families!

Stayed here for 3 nights and the villa made our short stay, it was exactly as advertised. It's located just a short walk from a local spa making the food shop an ease.Upon check in, we were shown around the villa by Martin. He explained how everything worked from getting in, locking up, wifi access and where we needed to take the rubbish upon check out. The villa is located at the very top of the Albufeira strip where it's much quieter than further down so you're well located but also away from all the noise and bustle.The amenities available such as the pool, hot tub, pool table and ping pong table were in great condition and we ended up spending a lot more time at the villa because of this.The rooms were spacious and as we had 10 of us those who slept on the sofa bed downstairs were very happy how comfortable the bed was.One thing we didn't know upon arrival was the hot tub comes at an extra fee. I knew the pool heating was extra but we didn't want this but the hot tub we knew we would want to use when when it got cold at night. The price was fair but we just must have missed this detail when booking.Overall our stay was fantastic, well priced and the villa had everything you would need to have a great holiday whether it be short or long.

Lovely Villa

The Villa was perfect for what we needed, good quiet location close to the strip but not too close. Useful shops just round the corner. The pool area was fantastic, we paid for hot tub and pool heating and felt that was worth the extra as we used both everyday extensively. We did a lot of catering in the Villa and there is everything you need in the kitchen. We only used 2 of the rooms, the bunk bed room was a bit cramped with 2 sets of beds. Lounge was nice and comfy. Useful to have the driveway available although plenty of on street parking also available in the area. Only problem we had is general smell from the toilets, have had this at other villas in Portugal so assume it’s fairly standard. Taxis were nice and easy to get and cheap. To get to the old town was only around €4.
