'Helpful staff, decent breakfast, lots of parking'

'Rooms had a kitchen save money on eating in'

'Excellent all around.'

'Welcome with bubbles! Hotel offered everything we needed.'

'Room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful in a little problem we had which was resolved immediately'

'Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel is dated and needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Our room was on the third floor with no elevator. Imagine having to drag luggage, food, and other belongings up three flights of stairs and make multiple trips. It was extremely inconvenient. When we requested additional clean towels and bed linens, we were told to call the front desk because the staff member didn’t carry any. We called...

'Only thing good was the view out the window and the food at the bar. VERY VERY outdated hotel. Not sure how they are still in business.'

'The rooms had a horrible smell. And when we turned the heat on it smelled like straight fire. The rooms were gross and old! We tried to shorten our trip, but they told us it would actually cost us more to leave early than it would be to stay there. It would have cost us $355 the entire stay. But if we wanted to shorten the trip, it would cost us four hundred dollars?! What?!'

'Room/suite was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Pretty setting. The continental breakfast hot food wasn't very good.'

'The propertyneeded alot ot of matainace done to the buildings The room I had was very basic and not kept very clean. bed was hard'

'Amazing and organized staff! Hotel was super clean. Breakfast was great! Loved out stay!'

'Wonderful find in a perfect location in the Poconos.'

'It was very outdated. The lady at the front desk was rude. We arrived a little bit early and she told me and my wife in a very demeaning voice that check min wasn’t until 4pm. She could’ve been more polite since we are paying customers. Housekeeping never cleaned our room, fixed our bed, or gave us fresh towels. I had to get new towels from the front desk. We will never stay here again. I’m would rather pay more money somewhere else for our next trip.'

'This was, I think, the creepiest place I've ever stayed. I do have to mention that the woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely--but she was the only good part of my stay. There were a couple of the tiny roaches in my shower both times I showered (I had to stay two nights). My door looked like it had been mangled in a knife fight. The hallway looked, no joke, very much like the hallway in The Shining. I felt safe enough, like physically, once I had locked the doors-- but it felt very dirty...
