'A nice place to stay!'

'Upon arrival there was no signage to show the entrance. You just see the hotel. Had to go down some side street and reroute around to find it. The front desk was great when we checked in. Arrive to the room and the moisture was horrible. No way to turn on vent fans. Went to sleep with moist bedding. Received a text that the room would be serviced on the 3rd day. 'Upon checking into my first room, I was immediately hit by a strong, lingering smell of marijuana, which forced me to request a room change. While the second room was better, the bathroom had a heavy, deep-seated cigarette smoke odor that ultimately gave me a headache. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they claimed they wouldn't know about the smoke smell unless a guest points it out—an explanation I found hard to understand, as the odor was quite obvious. 'Location was great. Many restaurant choices within walking distance. Free parking in an entertainment district a bonus. The room we stayed in was newly renovated. Great price.'

'I chose the place because of the pool and laundry room but laundry rooms was out of service. If I knew that I’ll go somewhere else. I should have received some money back.'

'We expected a room with a tub, but the last available room didn’t have one. The room available was very pricey for its size. We decided not to stay. The highlight of our time was interacting with Jenna at the desk, she was extremely kind and very professional. Based on our experience with her we will consider returning on another occasion. 'When we checked in we waited for our room to be ready, at 3:56pm I asked if it was ready. They said it was. Upon entering the room we noticed several issues, no toilet paper and no refill,smudges in the bathroom mirror as well as in the balcony door, sink dirty and stained. The tub was clogged and took forever for the water to go down the drain, there was no body wash gel, hardly any shampoo towels did not look clean but reclycled. 'The B & B was very nice and tastefully decorated. People who visit have to realize that these are old, remodeled homes and decor is based on owners tastes. The common refrigerator was always stocked with water, juice and milk. Hot water for tea was always available and there was a Keurig with a well stocked k-cup coffee basket. I enjoyed my stay and recommend it.'

'Hotel system was down and delayed check in. We checked in at 330p and the hotel checked another guest in our room around 930p. The other guests tried entering our room 3x, which was very scary. I called the front desk and no answer. Went to front desk and they said the room was showing as vacant. The front staff apologized with no regards for the safety of my family and told me it's because I booked with a 3rd party. Didn't offer me a refund or any accommodation for the mishap.'
