'Upon arrival there was no signage to show the entrance. You just see the hotel. Had to go down some side street and reroute around to find it. The front desk was great when we checked in. Arrive to the room and the moisture was horrible. No way to turn on vent fans. Went to sleep with moist bedding. Received a text that the room would be serviced on the 3rd day. 'Staff was beyond excellent. We definitely would give the two of them a 10 star rating. Room was very clean. Loved the 1800s decor and theme to the house.'

'We expected a room with a tub, but the last available room didn’t have one. The room available was very pricey for its size. We decided not to stay. The highlight of our time was interacting with Jenna at the desk, she was extremely kind and very professional. Based on our experience with her we will consider returning on another occasion. We mainly wanted to have one night away, as we live close and our wedding anniversary is this weekend.'

'Very cute boutique hotel! Still has a lot of original charm. It’s definitely an older building but was very comfortable. Light complementary breakfast was provided the following morning which included donuts from the local donut shop.'

'Upon checking into my first room, I was immediately hit by a strong, lingering smell of marijuana, which forced me to request a room change. While the second room was better, the bathroom had a heavy, deep-seated cigarette smoke odor that ultimately gave me a headache. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they claimed they wouldn't know about the smoke smell unless a guest points it out—an explanation I found hard to understand, as the odor was quite obvious. 'I chose the place because of the pool and laundry room but laundry rooms was out of service. If I knew that I’ll go somewhere else. I should have received some money back.'

'This is definitely an older hotel. Its location was great. Easy walk to the outlet stores and TLC Park which is especially great for kids. Breakfast was good with eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, cereal and a variety of pastries, yogurt and fruit cups. There are some areas that need fixing. The carpet by the fireplace had a spot that looked like it burnt the carpet and hurt to walk on. Pool was nice and being enclosed would be a great place during the winter.'
