Thank you for considering My Vacation Property Rental (MVP Rental) for your upcoming trip to the Poconos. I have owned and been hosting people at homes in this resort community since 2011. Over the years, across multiple properties, I have managed thousands of reservations and have gained the expertise to offer a relaxing retreat for both your group, and pets.
This was my third property, purchased almost 10 years ago. I’ve spent several Christmases at this home. With it's warm and cozy feel, it's just a great classic Pocono cabin. If you are a pet lover, this is the place to be. I cannot tell you how many people have commented on the convenience of being able to let their dogs off leash during their stay. I’ve had guests return specifically for the fenced in yard, and because of this, I have added fencing to my other properties. The second-floor deck, off the master, is a great spot to watch your dog as well as the stars, or to enjoy a cup of coffee. Many deer visit the yard, as do the occasional flock of turkey.
The home is warmly decorated, keeping families in mind. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware. The home has air conditioning, a gas fireplace, high speed Wi-Fi, outdoor seating area with grill, and second floor den with TV. All homes are smoke-free, and pet friendly provided appropriate pet fee has been paid.

AMENITIES SCHEDULE: (2025)
--Starting May 23, 2025 - Amenities will be open on weekends only
--Starting June 13, 2025, to September 2, 2025 - Amenities will be open full time
Hours of operation for the pool: 11 AM to 6 PM (Schedule may change without prior notice)
--On Sept 1, 2025 - pool will be closed for the season. The lake can still be accessed for boating and kayaking. Beach is swim at own risk.
