Welcome to Sage & Stone - a bright, beautifully designed and private chalet tucked into the wooded community of Towamensing Trails. ↟ BEDROOMS ↟
Sage & Stone sleeps 10 across four private bedrooms spread over two floors — a great mix of shared space and privacy for families and groups.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom is large and private, with a king bed set against a rich dark-blue accent wall, dresser, nightstand, closet space, blackout window coverings, and a dedicated desk workspace. Just down the hall, a bonus bunk room sleeps four guests across two twin-over-twin bunk beds and adds a Smart TV loaded with arcade-style games — a fun, dedicated space for kids or guests sharing the room. A full bathroom in the upstairs hallway serves both.

On the main floor, two more bedrooms each offer a comfortable setup with storage, nightstand, and blackout window coverings — one with a king bed, one with a queen. With a second full bathroom on this level, the main floor is especially convenient for guests who prefer to limit stairs.

All bedrooms have their own wall-mounted mini-split AC to keep you cool and comfortable.

Two full bathrooms — one on each floor — keep mornings and evenings easy for the whole group. The upstairs bathroom sits in the hallway next to the primary bedroom and bunk room and features a shower-tub combo, perfect for bathing the little ones. The main-floor bathroom serves the two bedrooms on that level. Both are loaded with complimentary bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, make-up cloths, a hair dryer, and all your bath-time essentials so you can pack light.

The kitchen is set up for easy group meals, quick breakfasts, and relaxed dinners at home. You'll find a full-size refrigerator and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and kettle, plus cookware, bakeware, mixing bowls, dishes, glasses, silverware and even a selection of K-cups and premium teas — everything you need to settle in.

The dining area is beautiful and cozy, sitting right between the kitchen and living room, keeping everyone together whether you're sharing breakfast, sitting down for dinner, or pulling out the board games after a day exploring the Poconos.

The living room is the heart of Sage & Stone — bright, open, and perfect for relaxing together. Soaring ceilings and large windows pull in natural light, while a large sectional gives the whole group a comfortable place to settle in. The natural-stone gas fireplace anchors the space and adds a cozy mountain feel. The 42" LG Smart TV with Roku is ready for streaming, and the room has a ceiling fan and its own AC unit for year-round comfort.

There's plenty to do when you're staying in. The bonus bunk room comes with a Smart TV featuring arcade-style games — a favorite with the kids. Just off the bedrooms, a small upstairs loft holds a foosball table and wall-mounted Connect-Four for a little friendly competition. Board games are on hand for family game nights, and the Roku in the living room makes movie nights easy.

Surrounded by lush trees and providing plenty of space for play, the outdoor deck and backyard make it easy to slow down and soak in the wooded Pocono setting. Step from the living room onto the brand-new Trex deck, where you'll find comfortable seating around a coffee table — perfect for morning coffee as the sun comes up — plus an outdoor dining table and a gas Char-Broil grill.

Moving into the yard, the hot tub is perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of hiking, skiing, or exploring. Step away, the fire pit features polywood Adirondack chairs and bistro-style string lights, creating the perfect gathering spot once the sun goes down.

Sage & Stone sits inside Towamensing Trails, a private Pocono community with seasonal recreation for guests to enjoy. Community amenities include HOA beach access, a seasonal outdoor pool, and recreation areas — a great value for families and groups looking to get out and enjoy the mountains.

*All guests must be registered with the community in advance of your stay, including the submission of license plate details. Details will be provided once your reservation is confirmed.

*Towamensing Trails has amenities (enjoy the extensive list below!) that can be accessed for the duration of your stay with the lanyard passes provided in the home. The community only provides eight (8) lanyards. If needed, you can buy additional temporary passes. Amenities include:

- Basketball Court
- Volleyball Court
- Ball fields
- Playground

*Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

*We provide a starter set of premium supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry pods, etc) but do not resupply mid-stay.

*If you plan on using the outdoor fire pit, please pick up a bundle of wood on the way, as firewood is not provided.

*All guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance through VRBO to protect against a change in plans due to illness or weather. We cannot make any exceptions to our stated cancellation policy.
