The heart of the flat is a bright open-plan living space, where the fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining and lounge area, perfect for relaxed meals together after a day at the beach.

Step out onto the balcony for your morning coffee or an evening drink.

The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobes, a ceiling fan and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with two single beds, making it ideal for kids or friends travelling together. Both rooms are decorated in a fresh, calming style with plenty of storage.

You'll also find air conditioning throughout, fresh linens and towels, and a welcome kit waiting for you on arrival.

You have the entire flat to yourself, plus access to the residence's shared facilities: the swimming pool, gym and sports courts. Self check-in makes arrival simple — no need to coordinate schedules or wait around for keys.

Check-in is fully self-service, so you can arrive whenever suits you. Our team is available throughout your stay by message or phone — whether you need local tips or help with anything in the flat.

The flat sits in Alboraya, right by Patacona beach — one of the most loved stretches of sand near Valencia, with a relaxed promenade lined with beach bars and restaurants. A short stroll away you'll find Port Saplaya, known as Valencia's "Little Venice" for its colourful canal-side houses. Alboraya is also the home of horchata, so don't leave without trying this local specialty at one of the traditional horchaterías. And when you want the city, Valencia's old town, the City of Arts and Sciences and the Turia gardens are all just a short ride away.

Bus routes along the seafront connect Patacona directly with Valencia city centre, and the Alboraya metro stations (lines 3 and 9) are a few minutes away by bike or bus, linking you to the whole city and the airport. Taxis and ride-hailing apps operate throughout the area, and cycling into Valencia along the coast is quick and pleasant.

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the key link and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.

Early check-in is available subject to accommodation availability and prior confirmation. There may be an additional cost.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products, and garbage bag. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy inside the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor spaces of the home if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the full right to charge a penalty of €200 minimum for smoking.

Please note: Keys, gym access fobs, and pool wristbands are provided in the apartment. Please make sure to leave all of these inside the apartment before you check out.
Note: Unreturned items will incur a fee of €40 per item.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for public services will apply with a limit of €80.

Please note that under no circumstances should you use, disturb, or affect the public way, sidewalk, or outdoor areas, or remove furniture from the property. Out of respect for coexistence, behaviors that disturb public order, generate noise, or affect environmental cleanliness are prohibited. Removing items, chairs, or any elements from the home is also prohibited. Non-compliance may result in immediate cancellation of the stay.
