The apartment has a simple modern style with plenty of space offering an open-plan kichen/dining/living area with stunning sea views.
A seperate second bedroom has recently been added with ensuite bathroom and both bedrooms are air-conditioned and the apartment is fully equipped ...
Satellite TV and ADSL WiFi connection provided.

The pool is cleaned every day and is exclusively at your disposal.

A cleaning lady is available and is an excellent cook and may prepare typical local dishes and cuisine as an optional extra.
There are also several quality restaurants that will deliver a set menu daily at a fantastic price.

Within easy reach of the capital Port-Louis and other major towns and 8 Kms. from the popular seaside resort of Flic en Flac and the Adventure & Nature park Casela.
Excellent snorkeling can be undertaken in the lagoon opposite the apartment offering a multitude of fish and corals literally on your doorstep .... snorkeling equipment can be provided.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. View from balcony exceptional. Spent 4 weeks at the property and everything was perfect. The owner is the kindest landlord and organised whatever we needed. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and quite holiday .

Traumtage in Albion

Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Unser Lieblingsplatz war der Westbalkon, von dem wir einen wunderbaren Blick auf das schöne Grundstück mit dem gepflegten Pool, das Meer und die unglaublichen Sonnenuntergänge hatten. Die Ausstattung entsprach der Beschreibung voll und ganz. Als Überraschung war vor unserer Anreise noch eine Spülmaschine hinzugekommen, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Alles war sehr gepflegt. Unser besonderer Dank gilt Michel, der alles tat, um unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen. Ein großartiger Gastgeber! Wir konnten uns vier Wochen lang zurücklehnen und einfach nur wohlfühlen. Karin und Uwe

Meilleur séjour

Tout est parfait chez Michel, hôte très sympathique, aux petits soins mais discret. Discussions et conseils si vous le souhaitez. Jolie maison et appartement très agréable, magnifique terrasse avec plantes vertes et côté mer un très grand balcon pour le petit déjeuner et tous les repas avec une vue magnifique. Le jardin et la terrasse autour de la piscine sont parfait. Accès direct à la plage et au lagon en sortant du jardin. Adeptes du snorkeling, vous serez comblés. Multiples poissons de récifs de toutes couleurs. N’hésitez pas, votre séjour vous enchantera ! De plus, possibilité de livraison de repas, très pratique et bon.

Excellente vacances

Voilà le résumé de notre séjour chez Michel pendant 15 jours, cela a été un pur bonheur. La maison à la hauteur de toutes les photos 😀Spacieux, agréable, lumineux, confortable, tout le nécessaire sur place. La terrasse côté mer un régale pour prendre les repas qui d’ailleurs nous faisions livré pour le soir, une adresse que Michel nous avez indiqué , la piscine et super agréable également ainsi que le jardin magnifiquement entretenu et fleuri .Michel est vraiment super gentil, soucieux de bien faire pour que ses vacanciers se sentent bien mais toujours très discret. S’intéresse à savoir si nous manquons de rien et savoir si ce que l’on visite nous plaît. Nous organise des sorties, location de voiture ou bien taxis si besoin. Vraiment un homme charmant et très humain. Nous avons tout de suite sympathisé avec lui et avons partagé un verre ensemble le dernier soir. Un hôte à la hauteur de nos espérances 👍 .Nous reviendrons très vite repasser de très belles vacances chez lui et continuer de visiter cette magnifique île 🏝. Encore un grand merci Michel et à très bientôt 😉

19 jours de vacances dans un endroit merveilleux!

L'appartement est très propre, très fonctionnel, et très bien placé. Les photos représentent bien la réalité, sauf les canapés qui sont bien plus modernes et accueillants que sur la photo;-) La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, avec des poêles et casseroles propres qui n'attachent pas! Michel est remarquable de gentillesse et répond immédiatement à nos demandes. Le seul défaut majeur est le bruit, du Club Med en fonction du vent, et de la maison voisine qui a tendance à faire la fête et mettre la musique tous les soirs. Sinon, c'est un régal de sortir et pouvoir se baigner dans le lagon, admirer le coucher de soleil de la terrasse! Etre au milieu d'une nature tropicale exubérante avec le chant des oiseaux. Excellent rapport qualité prix, si vous n'êtes pas sensibles aux bruits! Il est préférable d'avoir une voiture, pour se déplacer et faire ses courses. Encore un IMMENSE merci à Michel pour sa gentillesse, sa réactivité et ses conseils. Un endroit inoubliable pour un petit budget.

Notre bonheur à l'île Maurice

Albion, un petit coin de paradis de l'île Maurice où nous avons rencontré Michel avec son accueil chaleureux, de bons conseils pour visiter l'île.. Sans oublier le bon emplacement de l'appartement, spacieux et charmant avec avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan Indien . De la terrasse, de belles couleurs du paysage dès le réveil avec un jardin et une piscine très agréables, des couchers de soleil avec les palmiers en premier plan.. Fabulous rest.

Michel, the host, went out of his way to make us comfortable and see that we had everything we needed. The position is on the beach and the view stunning. Beautiful verandahs (front and back) to take full advantage of any weather conditions. Private pool and quiet beach.. a marvelous rest. More for those looking for a quiet paradise experience than for those looking for lots of activities, although Michel would happily arrange those for you too, being a very experienced tour operator. He also speaks excellent English.

Paradise

We spent two weeks with Mike on our honeymoon and enjoyed every second. He was the most marvellous host - helpful well beyond what one could expect, and going out of his way to make us feel welcome. The apartment is ideal for a couple and is very well-equipped inside as well as having a very nice pool in the garden, exclusively for the use of the guests. The area is quiet and pleasant with supermarkets in easy walking distance. Its crowning glory for us, however, was the wonderful balcony where we sat at all times of day, overlooking the beautiful Indian ocean - sunsets a speciality!

Wonderful Holiday

We had a fabulous holiday in Mauritius and the apartment was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and with everything we needed. Just a few steps to the beach for sunbathing, snorkelling or watching the beautiful sunsets. We recommend hiring a car as this is a fairly quiet area and there are lots of places to go and visit around the island. The owner (Mick) was a genuine lovely bloke who helped us out with everything such as car hire, boat trips to see the remote islands and dolphins, taxis to restaurants, transfers etc but equally gave us all the privacy we needed. Very highly recommended!!

Fantastic stay in beautiful location

We had the best stay in Mauritius, not least for the fabulous apartment and Michel's ongoing hospitality and support during our stay. Never intrusive, but always on hand if needed to offer advice and guidance - he also organised our car hire and a boat trip to a nearby island. The apartment was beautiful, well equipped and with a gorgeous outlook - the pool was an added bonus. Albion is quiet and quite remote but we found it to have a lot of charm - there are a number of small supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend renting a car to explore the rest of the island, but we were just as happy to spend a few days locally, and the snorkelling was fab just outside the back gate! Many thanks Michel, we very much hope to come again!

Vancance de rêves

Nous venons de rentrer de l'île Maurice, où nous avons passé un mois chez Michel Ducasse. L'appartement est fidèle à la description, mais en mieux. C'est un lieu magnifique avec les deux terrasses, les couchers de soleil, la piscine rien que pour nous et la vue sur la mer : idyllique ! Nous avons vécu une belle expérience humaine, en effet la connaissance de Michel va être gravée dans notre cœur. Chaleureux, généreux, serviable, attentif, Michel a toujours été présent lorsque nous avions besoin de lui. Il nous a organisé de belles excursions avec notre chauffeur-guide, Sanjiv, qui était fort sympathique et qui connaissait bien son île. Nous remercions également Christiane, qui est adorable et une excellente cuisinière , ainsi que Teepak le jardinier, d'une grande gentillesse, qui nous a préparé des jus de noix de coco, toutes fraîches coupées sur l'arbre. Le voyage, c'est découvrir des lieux, mais c'est aussi faire de belles rencontres et grâce à toi Miko, nous avons étés comblés. Amicalement Nicole et Pierre-Alain

Séjour très satisfaisant dans cette location.

L'appartement est très bien équipé et spacieux, conforme au descriptif. Sa situation " les pieds dans l'eau " est exceptionnelle avec une vue sur l'océan indien splendide tout le long de la journée. Tous les soirs, nous avons assisté à de magnifiques couchers de soleil. A tout cela, il faut rajouter la qualité de l'accueil, la gentillesse, les conseils avisés, la disponibilité et l'efficacité de Michel qui ont fait de notre séjour un moment inoubliable.

Wonderful location and property

Everything about the property was as advertised. Fabulous location with a wonderful pool and access straight on to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. A nice touch was the welcome goods provided by the owner; nice to have milk for a cup of tea on arrival! Michel couldn't have been more helpful with advice and tips on the area. As Albion is a little remote a car is necessary but it's very easy to walk into the town on the beach from the property. For a couple wanting to relax, enjoy the views from the lovely balcony, this property could not be bettered. I would have no hesitation in recommending the property to anyone. Have fun and enjoy it!!!

Wundervoll !

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit auf Mauritius. Mit Michel hatten wir einen tollen Gastgeber. Vielen Dank noch mal für die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfe. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, war alles perfekt. Wir haben den Transfer vom Flughafen und einen Mietwagen über Michel vereinbart, was ich nur weiterempfehlen kann. Ein toller Standort, um die Insel zu erkunden und Ausfüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu unternehmen. Die Wohnung bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Umgebung ist schön ruhig. Wir würden gerne nochmal einen Urlaub hier verbringen.

Un petit paradis

Quelle est belle semaine de vacances passée chez Michel qui a toujours été aux petits soins pour nous. Une location que nous conseillons fortement. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Michel nous a vraiment donné envie d'aîmer son île et il a réussi. Encore merci pour tout. Fabien et Carole

Excellent rapport qualité / prix

Cet appartement correspond tout à fait à la description du site. Il faut en plus y ajouter un certain nombre d'éléments à notre accueil qui nous ont facilité notre quotidien pour cuisiner. La vue sur mer de l'appartement est exceptionnelle sans oublier son agréable extérieur avec piscine. Il faut aussi souligner que tout est est très propre et bien entretenu, ce qui en fait un excellent choix de résidence. Par ailleurs sa situation géographique permet de visiter l'île, en louant un véhicule, de manière optimale. Les plages de Flic en Flac, à quelques kilomètres sont magnifiques. Enfin les services proposés (location de voiture ou diverses réservations), les conseils, la disponibilité et la discrétion de M. Ducasse participent vraiment à rendre le séjour idéal.
