Kept very clean and tidy - facilities are fantastic with jacuzzi, a drinks fridge, communal space and the birds suite was lovely, spacious, comfortable bed with a great ensuite. 'We received a PIN number on the lock box wen entering to gain access to the apartment, was the wrong passcode waited hours and hours before gaining access, owner was not answering phone, after finally gaining access to property the entire apartment was filthy, no milk supplied, cobwebs everywhere, terrible condition, terrible state with a baby in toe, no communication from the owners, would highly recommend you stay away from this place. '

No confirmation emsil was sent however we got charged in full we contacted the office they said contact Expefia for a refund we did this and Expedia told us to contact Eden Bay we did again they had to check with manager and would call us back still waiting 5 days. Do not stay there they are unprofessional.'

'Nice motel on the golf property. a little bit outdated but very clean and comfortable. Very convenient parking. Lack of lights to go to the laundry room in the evening. average restaurant, not very refined for a golf restaurant. need a car to go to towns around.'
