The magical finca is within walking distance of the magical town of Alaró at the foot of the UNESCO World Heritage of the Sierra de Tramuntana and is about 20 minutes. from the island's capital, Palma.
The scenically breathtaking surroundings with a panoramic view of the Tramuntana Mountains make it possible to experience nature in walking distance and to feel authentic Mallorca and is therefore the ideal starting point for leisure activities such as hiking, racing cycling, jogging, etc.
The place thus combines rest and relaxation as well as experience and activity in equal measure.

On the lovingly furnished finca you will find a spacious garden with a pool area, seating and lounging areas between palm trees, olives and lemon trees and a view of the beautiful Tramuntana Mountains to relax and let your soul come to rest. The finca has an adjacent orchard with lemons, orange, mandarin and pomegranate trees. You can pick your freshly squeezed orange juice from your own garden every day and hear the sheep bells ringing. The Mallorcan dream comes alive in this place.
There is also a covered yoga area, a grill for private use, a washing machine, dryer and stable WiFi indoors and outdoors.

With three double bedrooms and two single rooms, communal kitchen, dining area with fireplace, two shared bathrooms and a spacious outdoor area with garden, pool house with toilet and covered terrace, there is enough space for retreat and togetherness.


The finca has a total of 5 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds:
2 double bedrooms (bed with double bed each 90x2m)
1 double bedroom (mattress 1.60x2m)
2 single rooms (bed 90x2m) *

* one of the two single rooms has a connecting door to the double bedroom (1.60x2m) and can therefore be used ideally for parents with children. The single room is also accessible from the outside, regardless of the double bedroom and can therefore also be used as a single room for adults.
In winter, the rooms are heated differently, e.g. T. by central heating, fireplaces, air conditioning (warm) and mobile heaters.
