Although this hotel lots flash , it is not finished , the a la carte restaurant is a empty room on the top floor and the roof top pool is empty, as for the all inclusive package we were given all our drinks from the bar in small plastic disposable cups , very little choice of drinks , no labelling on any food , the private beach was very stony, as for the ladies toilet on the beach there was no lock on the door although a hole where the lock had been , this was like this for the ten days we were there, there were bare wires in the bathroom going to the hair dryer and a phone . As for the maids cleaning the rooms all they did was make the bed and empty the bathroom bin each day , they did not clean the room . We had to chase for fresh towels. The night we arrived our rooms were not ready so we had to share a family room with the couple we were travelling with . The staff were rude and unhelpful . It got so bad that the last 4 nights we took a taxi into Konaki and ate out . I would never stay here again
