'This has been one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at everything was very clean. Everyone was super nice and the pool in the hot tub of my favorite amenities. Absolutely love them.'

'I've stayed here many times while traveling through Mobile. First, to give credit where it's due, I still consider this the best hotel in Mobile. That said, each stay seems to come with a different room quality and a different staff experience. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating, although on occasion I get the impression that some employees are not particularly happy to be there. The rooms are the biggest unknown. 'Ice machine was broken. Hair dryer in room either did not work, or, the plug was dead. It was not the GFCI. Otherwise, this room met my financial requirements. Breakfast was typical for this priced stay. My perception was that the food was made and frozen in another country, then shipped here to be heated in a microwave. Muffins were very small. No cartons of milk were available. However, there was a steel pitcher of milk available.'
