'Good reception'

'It was a pleasant stay and we really enjoyed our time there. The staff was helpful and were always on time to clean the room, even leaving a small thank you sign which really made our day. Unfortunately other guests clearly ignored the ‘no-smoking’ sign so the smell in the hallway was strong and unpleasant. '

'We kwamen midden in de nacht aan en werden vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen. We voelden ons meteen welkom. We hadden graag langer gebleven. Mooi hotel om ook langer te...

'Basic kamers . Dichtbij mosee, en ligging op 100m van strandpromenade. Zeer mooi dakterras en zwembad (verwarmd in de winter .dec > januari).'

'Nice'

'hotel is lastig te vinden, kamers zijn goed en netje, de douche is uitstekend(regendouche) maar de kamers zijn wel redelijk gehorig. wij waren in het weekend wanneer er veel 'locale' verblijven en zij doen dan dingen die niet mogen()volgens hun geloof. mooi zwembadje met 3 ligbedden voor circa 40 kamers'

'Very good '

'Schoon en centraal gelegen hotel. Ruime kamers, goede airco. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt buffet was uitgebreid. '

'We booked voco Muscat Al Mouj for a one-night transit stay after landing late at night, opting for a value-for-money option before moving to our primary luxury hotel. Initial impressions were great. Check-in at 11 PM was smooth, and the front desk staff were welcoming enough to offer a room upgrade. The lobby was very modern, clean, and stylish, and the location was super convenient - just a short drive from the airport. Unfortunately, what should have been a flawless budget stay turned into...

'Very clean and mostly quiet. Room service can improve. When I requested, instead of coming they asked me to extend my stay although I was already staying another night. '

'Good service, but the hotel is a bit dated. Rather clean though. They are trying to renovate the rooms, but we could clearly see that this was an old place. Breakfast was included. The restaurant should be a bit brighter. Disposable slippers provided. Free parking.'

'⭐ 1/5 – Terrible Experience, Avoid Booking Through Third Parties I booked this property through an online travel agency and arrived to find my reservation was not properly handled. I was left stranded late at night with no support and had to search for alternative accommodation entirely on my own. The stress and inconvenience of being turned away after a long journey was extremely upsetting. No assistance was offered to help me find a solution, and I had to sort everything myself in an...
