Bright and updated home directly on Portage Lakes

A well-cared for and updated home right on the main chain of lakes across from Harbor Lighthouse In . The neighborhood is peaceful and the home is centrally and conveniently located. House includes a dock slip, two-level deck, outdoor granite bar, firepit and open concept dining / living area inside.

Our home can sleep up to six visitors with its three bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 king bed, and twin-bed bunk beds), two futons and two self-inflating air beds. All three bedrooms are located on a separate level from the living area, and the upstairs bathroom includes a deep soaking tub and spacious shower. The lower-level bathroom has a stall shower. Laundry facilities are included for your convenience free of charge. Detergent and dryer sheets provided.

The kitchen is fully updated and stocked with plates and utensils. Brew your morning coffee with our Ninja Coffee Bar (bring your whole bean coffee - we even have a bean grinder) and enjoy it on one of the many decks overlooking the water.

You can enjoy outdoor dining with a full size dinner table, granite bar with four stools, and a 4-burner propane grill with tools. On the upper deck, you can relax around the propane firepit on the outdoor sectional couch.

Both decks and the balcony boast stunning views of the water. The dock has a slip for your boat if you own one, or we can make recommendations on where to rent a pontoon. Two kayaks and a stand-up paddleboard are available for use during your stay. If fishing is your thing, you can do so right from the dock. We have a ladder to get into the lake for swimming off the dock as well.

Proximity is everything with our property - you're close to multiple bars and restaurants, multiple golf courses within a short drive, and close to local parks and towpath.

A few items to note: The house is split-level and does require use of stairs to get around the home, both indoors and out. This may not be suitable for young children or elderly adults who have accessibility issues.

This is a residential neighborhood; please respect the neighbors. Absolutely no parties; quiet hours enforced at 10 pm. Parking is only available in the driveway (2 cars). Guests or parties beyond what is permitted will result in a fine and possible eviction from the house.

There are two cameras on premise; one facing the driveway from the front of the house and a front doorbell camera. These are for security purposes and cover minimal area.

Please also take note that this is a property located in a State Park. This means there will be bugs and potentially other critters outside. There may be leaves or sticks around the property. If you are not a big fan of the outdoors, Portage Lakes may not be for you. Feel free to ask any questions you have!
