'We checked in when it seemed the entire hotel was checking in though staff remained pleasant and kind and didn’t show that they were likely overwhelmed. The location was very easy to get to with ample parking. The water slide was a hit!!! Bathrooms in the rooms are very small though the beds were comfortable. We were unfortunately not able to eat breakfast or receive breakfast to go as we needed to be out of the hotel prior to breakfast time at 0700 for a tournament. It would have been nice to...

'Very clean facility and friendly staff. Coffee machines dispense fresh ground coffee and was perfect; not like the often very week coffee you find at other hotels. '

'Breakfast had lots of variety including hot dishes. Hotel location is convenient to the interstate and lots of dinner options nearby. The hotel is clean and quiet and has daily maid service for longer stays.'

'Nice check-in! Room was really cozy and clean. Variety of breakfast items. The only to add is, the hotel should have a dress code for the dining room, it’s not nice eating and seeing people in PJs and barefoot.'

'The room looked like it was barely cleaned. Blankets/pillows were stained, hair in the sink, carpet filthy, half roll of tissue, etc. The hot tub has a brown ring around it, needs to be deep cleaned. There were kids were partying, police were there, ambulance, I got no sleep. Asked for a refund or an extra night with a clean room, they refused & gave me $20. Never again. The cookies at check In were good though. And the lady that works mornings is nice. '

'I booked the stay from Friday-Sunday and we were in a severe weather warning so for my safety I chose to cancel the booking from Saturday-Sunday to avoid travel issues. I was told by Expedia that they would contact the hotel for a refund waiver and was told the hotel denied it. It doesn’t make sense as to why they would deny me a refund when I didn’t stay the extra night. Just seems like they enjoy stealing peoples money and I would never stay here again for that reason. '

'Hotel staff were great! The swimming pool however was not. Very green to the point that we didn’t even go in. Kids were disappointed. With the way it was- It should have been closed but was not. Everything else was okay though and overall good stay! '

'No remote for tv. Got a remote, tv wasn't working. Had to get maintenance to fix it. No staff to answer the phone or at front desk. Waited a half hour before someone even came on to check us in. '
