'Quiet residential neighborhood. Host was incredibly responsive to our requests, practically instantaneous. When a power surge took out the ceiling fan in the living room, he brought us a powerful fan to use until he could get the part to fix it the next day. Great place to stay if you want some place quiet and away from the crowds, but 20-30 minutes from almost everywhere in San Juan. We brought our own beach towels, but if you don't, I recommend asking the host. He's very accomodating.'

'First off the host was very accommodating from our initial booking. We booked one floor and later needed the second floor and he helped make it all work. The property is off a little side dirt road off a main road that takes you into a neighborhood, the property is not part of that neighborhood. It’s situated across from the ocean however the beach area isn’t the cleanest, lots of sea vegetation and unfortunately trash washed up on the beach across from the house.
